• Go City child passes are only available for ages 3 to 12 years old. For any accompanying children under 3 please check with each individual activity whether infants are accepted and/or need to pay for admission.
• The New York Pass® is activated upon first use, and is active for the consecutive number of days selected.
• You can only visit each attraction once per lifetime of pass. There is however no limit to the number of attractions you can visit during your pass duration.
• Your New York Pass® will be immediately available as your 'ticket' after purchase. To use the app follow instructions on the pass document provided and make sure to update your email address when prompted. You will not be able to use the Go City app nor place advanced reservations, unless you update your email first.
• Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island Ferry does not include entry to Statue of Liberty pedestal or crown levels inside - must be purchased separately.
• PLEASE NOTE: Some attractions welcome visitors on the day and some need to be booked in advance, check the app or digital guidebook for instructions and place reservations well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• New York also has a few extremely popular attractions that don't have reservation requirements, but will involve wait times during busy periods. These include Top of the Rock Observation Deck, 9/11 Memorial & Museum, One World Observatory, Best of NYC Cruise by Circle Line Sightseeing Cruises and Liberty Super Express Cruise. For these attractions in particular, check all the tips included on the digital guide and app, to ensure you have the best sightseeing experience.
• Please note visits to the Empire State Building need to be booked in advance and it is not possible to book sunset time slots with your pass. We suggest booking for an evening slot to enjoy sweeping views of Manhattan's city lights at night!

New York City Pass was given me wonderful and valuable time in Manhattan. It was not only less cost but also be able to use smarter at every atractions reseptionist.
I am Japanese solo tourist but I could use it easy in Manhattan, New York attraction staff were very kind for tourists.
I'd like to introduce to my friends.

We bought the 4 day New York Pass for a 5 night family stay in the city. I would say it was the best decision we made. Every individual attraction would have cost a fortune and we wouldn't have been able to afford to do anywhere near as much without the pass. Every attraction we visited was exactly how advertised for entry. Just be aware that we planned an itinerary and often aimed to get into queues when they opened. This allowed us to do everything that we had planned. Nothing was sold out, even at peak Xmas. We visited every sky scraper viewing point and each one gave a completely different experience. Would definitely buy a pass if visiting again.

It was a great experience. There’s no hassle in buying the tickets at all. We just go in scan it and done. However, I wish there was an easier option for booking tours and stuff, like within the app itself. Overall, it was a really good experience and I thought the price is worth it. Highly recommended.

Fantastic views especially at night, Hardly any queuing, Xmas decor was amazing, friendly staff at all the locations we visited, would highly recommend New York Pass as so simple to use and so many attractions to see, we even had a free picnic to take to Central Park which we ate in the snow all included with the pass.

The New York/ Go city pass offers a wide range of experiences and is excellent value for money. We visited 4 of the 5 observatories using the pass giving us the most fantastic Manhattan views.

A must buy when you go to New York.

We bought a 3 day pass for a 6 day trip to New York, and wished we had bought a day or 2 more pass! It has saved us a lot of money. Pre-planning and booking will maximise the use of the pass. Everything was easy, and we did a lot more than we thought we could!
