Absolute amateurism! I paid 1200€ for a helicopter ride to New York, the amount was debited to me 3 days before the tour. On the big day we showed up at Battery Park and were told there were no reservations! After 1 hour on the phone we were told that get your guide did not make the reservation and that the service could not be honored!! And there, a Nobel Prize for intelligence offers us a refund IF WE WANT!! Conclusion: 1200€ collected, 60€ in taxis for nothing and half a day wasted because of this bunch of incompetents! Not to mention the worst: the disappointment of the teenagers... they had already done this to us for a private transport to the Venice airport for which we had paid 350€... I told myself that it could happen... I was wrong!!

Took my daughters on the tour way out of their comfort zone but they did it. Would recommend this to everyone choose a sunny day if you can for us it was a bit cloudy but it didn’t spoil the tour.

It was really amazing!! We had a great flight with magnificent views. My daughter got to sit next to the pilot, what a treat. The weather was clear, so all in all an experience to remember. Thank you so much

Great experience! The organization before and whilst there was good. The staff was friendly! Of course it is quite expensive but I would recommend it anyways!

I booked the trip for my fiancées birthday as a surprise. It was very well organised and nothing to be nervous about at all. I would say it is definitely worth doing but it is quite expensive for the length of the experience. I’m 100% glad we did it but would class it as a once in a lifetime experience

Absolutely awesome! Really well organised on the ground and genuinely breathtaking in the air. Our pilot, Jimmy, was a real character, and knew his stuff. Made my 40th birthday one to remember for sure! It's not the cheapest thing to do, but for something special, it is well worth it! Do it, you won't regret it!
