Crowded, took over 30 minutes to get down. Poor signage, views were great but they over sold tickets.

Be wary on cancellation policy. I was unable to reschedule or get a refund with zero visibility even though OWC was offering it to people that bought it through them. I called Viator and they said that they had not heard from OWC that they were allowing customers to cancel/reschedule due to Zero visibility and that they could not give me a refund. Also that it was past my 24 hr time to cancel. So I paid $200+ to look at nothing. I also changed my time on Viators scheduling system, but they failed to notify OWC, so when I tried to scan my ticket to go look at zero visibility, I had to get out of line, go see a customer service rep only to be told the tour operator, Viator, did not notify them that my tickets were changed. So be careful if you reschedule online as wherever you go may not be aware of that change and you may or may not be able to get in if it is fully booked, even though Viator says your reschedule is successful.

Was a rainy day and to much fog wouldn’t be able to actually see anything talk to someone so we can get some credit back to posible go there another day no answers

The lift is amazing very fast but doesn’t feel like we are going that high. Only bad part was there was fog but still a great experience.

Wonderfull experience great view of the area the elevator ride was neat if you’re down in lower Manhattan I recommend it

No lines. Great experience. Glad we didn’t book a dinner at the restaurant. Had a burger and fries and paid so much money. The restaurant is small, I wasn’t impressed. The cafe doesn’t have seats just tables so you stand while eating.
The view is spectacular. The experience from the lobby to the elevator and the presentation as you walk out of the elevator were very impressive.

The Rockettes were phenomenal and the entire show and orchestra was brilliant!!! It’s a great family show. The only draw back was that the organization of the entry line outside was chaotic and there was no one there to supervise the lines so people were just cutting and we didn’t go in until after 8pm, when show started at 8, with several people still in line.
