Sent an email to me to say they moved the time…the day before our long scheduled cruise! I called to discuss and explained that the alternative time didn’t work ( family trip…on a schedule and have activities and reservations set up already). No explanation (did they bump us ? Overbook? Cancelled? ) or offering of any empathy whatsoever. Truly pathetic!

An amazing experience in NYC, we were recommend this activity by friends and it exceeded our expectations. We opted for the sunset cruise, it started off late afternoon and reached the Statue of Liberty as the sun was setting allowing us to get excellent photos and sail back to the harbour as the New York skyline was lighting up.
The jazz band were fantastic and kept us entertained throughout the cruise! The staff onboard ensured drinks and food were served promptly.

Incredible trip, me and my sons (14yo & 18 yo) loved it. Warm, welcoming and very hospitable. Would definitely recommend and do again.

The perfect way to tour the harbor during the holiday season. We appreciated the spacious cabin, the champagne and cocoa upon arrival, the cookie tray, and the ability to walk about the ship with ease. During the holidays, NYC can feel quite claustrophobic with so many crowds every where you go. This cruise is the perfect antidote.

We did the jazz and cocoa evening ride on the Northern Lights. It was magnificent. The scenery, ambiance and jazz band were amazing. Max was a fantastic host and makes a perfect Manhattan! Highly recommend. Cheers!

My husband's first trip to NYC. The staff was friendly and snacks and drinks offered were excellent. One staff member named Kera was kind enough to snap photos of us as we passed the Statue of Liberty and around the Xmas tree. We also loved the information & history they provided as we boated around the city of NYC. I would def recommend this experience over a ferry ride if possible!!!

Great winter cruise! The staff was on point, drinks where delicious, holiday cookies where ok, not what I expected. Holiday decorations on point! Only thing I can complain was that there was absolutely no live band playing holiday tunes. As they advertised on the trip.

Fantastic experience. It was the perfect way for the family to see some of NYC sites without a ton of walking. Servers were friendly and the boat was clean. The cookies were awesome too!! Thanks!
