Very scenic and different look at NY skyline from New Jersey. Our guide was very knowledgeable and explained alot about the gentrification that's has gone on and provided timelines.

Great tour guide and cool way to see several parts of NYC. Helps to do this early on in your trip to then plan on deeper dives in some of the places you stop. Highly recommended.

Seeing the Brooklyn Bridge, all lit up at night. History of artist, 343 fire boat. 911 memorial area learned a lot of different things. Unfortunately what sticks out and this had nothing to with tour guide. We were offered tickets for Top of the Rock. We paid for them but when we got there at 915pm we were told we needed to schedule a time the next avaiable time was 1045pm. The next day was booked for us until after 5pm once again all times were pre booked till 10pm. I feel this really led to a bad experience. Lost money for paying for an event we did not get to do do to timing issues.

My husband and I decided to take this tour and are absolutely delighted we did. The host Ashlyn was a lovely, friendly and joyous lady and kept us entertained through out the trip with her lively commentary trivia knowledge and fun facts.
Our driver Pierce was a skilled driver, navigating the bus smoothly so we feel comfortable and safe. All in all a memorable experience and highly recommend.

I have been to NYC over 50 times but I was traveling with a first timer and so I was looking for a tour that would give us a first night overview AND give me something new! This is the perfect tour for that! The glass top bus held 16-20 folks tops and that felt the absolute right size. The tour had a combination of walking at certain stops and riding while enjoying Nathan (our guide) and Arlis our driver. The stops listed on TA are just a drop in the bucket, as this was a full circle from Hell’s Kitchen to Battery Park ! I was very pleasantly surprised at the new to me stops and my friend got a great overview of things we may want to do a deep dive of later. Nathan was super kind and volunteered to take photos of folks at the stops too, which made things so easy. Nathan helped introduce everyone on the tour which allowed us to make connections and so I got great advice from a fellow traveler for another trip I have coming up in October! I highly recommend this tour!

Orin was friendly and informative. This tour takes you around the city and you get to see key points you may otherwise miss, depending on how long you are staying for. Thankyou for a fab tour

The tour was excellent. Our guide Lyonel was so accommodating throughout the tour; it was raining but he took us to all the places and made it as fun as possible. Would highly recommend Lyonel as your next tour guide.

The views were amazing. We took so many pictures! Our tour guide had interesting facts about New York as we watched in the bus with a clear top and then were able to get off and walk.

The bus was comfortable and left on time. The tour guide gave historical information and was understandable. The biggest problem we had with the trip was it did not follow the itinerary at all. The tour changed at the whim of the tour guide. We were given by viator a specific plan with time to be spent at each spot. Not only did the time change but the stops and order changed completely. For instance…we booked this trip expecting to spend 20 minutes at the high line. We spent an hour. 20 minutes in 33 degree temperature would have been fine but an hour in it with a low wind chill we didn’t plan for. All in all I would not do this again or recommend it unless the tour would actually follow the advertised and paid for itinerary.
