It was terrible the captain driving put us on a sand bank and the cabin filled with horrible fumes. We had to be rescued by the police shuffling 10 people at a time back to shore didn’t get to enjoy the new year at all. So disappointing and nobody will respond to my calls or emails as yet. So no refund has been offered.

I booked for the nye cruise along the Broadwater for a friend and I. Very disappointed with the cruise, the food provided was terrible, the drinks were below average with minimal selection, the entertainment was poor and dull no life in the party at all. Not to mention our boat was run into a sandbank by the skipper who was under the influence of alcohol, three times over the limit. At one point the engine started smoking and filled the boat with fumes . We had to be rescued by marine police. Staff were unprofessional, the whole experience was terrible I do not recommend booking with such irresponsible captain and crew.
