Take a New Orleans swamp tour and wetlands adventure! See the Cajuns of the Bayou living and surviving in harmony with the swamps. Here, the waterways are their highways. From the relaxed comfort of our covered New Orleans swamp tour boats, you will drift slowly past a 2,000 year old Indian burial mound, a Cajun cemetery and a fishing village! You may see the wildlife that made the Barataria Swamps the crown jewel of the Louisiana Purchase. Here, birds, snakes, turtles, fur animals, and gators are the kings of the swamp, and are easily spotted in spring, summer, and fall.

The Captain was great. Funny, knowledgeable and interesting. Many alligators were out sunning themselves and one came to eat marshmallows. This made for a cool video.

Unfortunately it was too cold to see any alligators, but we did get to see some birds and "swamp cows" which was pretty cool. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and could answer any question we threw at him. He also brought a baby gator to hold which was incredible. For the price it is definitely worth it. Will return if I ever go to NOLA in the warmer months!

This is a family owned company with the airboats (open top) and pontoon boats (covered). We did the pontoon and our guide was very knowledgeable. Unfortunately we didn’t see any gators in the water because it was too cold. But we did get to hold a baby gator. It was pretty cool. We had a great experience, just wish we got to see some gators swimming around.

My husband and I loved the pontoon tour of the bayou. I felt very safe. The captain entertained us with story after story. He pointed out interesting landmarks, birds, and allegators. He was very helpful answering questions. He paused the boat to give ample time for picture-taking. It was a flawless experience, and I would highly recommend.
