Nice tour but not too haunted perhaps because a younger child was with us. Was tough to hear narration sometimes.

Steph our tour guide/driver was hilarious, knowledgeable and kept us engaged the entire time. Ivan (our wonderful mule) was even cracking us up with his own personality and ways he acted on the tour. I would highly recommend riding with the two of them!

We saw some beautiful homes and architecture, and got a handful of historical stories. Our guide made a comment about Christianity that was unnecessary, non-value-added, and potentially very offensive to practicing Christians. She didn't seem able to answer questions we had during the tour (she would comment "that's a common question we get a lot..." and provide a vague response which trailed off into mumbling. Granted it was a bit hard to hear throughout as we were at the back of the carriage. We were a bit disappointed by the experience. Many others who had previously gone raved about it...perhaps a different guide would've been a better fit for us.

Our tour guide and her Mule Desire were great. We got tons of information. Say lots of the city and just had an overall great time.

Did not have my reservation, so we could not go and if we wanted to I would have had to pay again. Even though I had the confirmation and the tickets!! We were so disappointed. All I can say is I expect to receive a refund!

Tour guide was most knowledgeable about New Orleans history, buildings, historical events; and of course, the hauntings. Enjoyed the tour tremendously and highly recommend!
