This is the original ghost tour of New Orleans. We are the oldest and largest walking tour company in the city. We are not only locals, we are natives to New Orleans. These are the ghostly tales that we heard growing up in and around the most unique city in America.

Follow your guide through the legendary French Quarter, also known as the Vieux Carré, the oldest neighborhood in New Orleans. This eerie, chilling yet fun-filled adventure takes you to several sites of documented hauntings by the region’s ghosts and spirits. See the French Quarter residences in which unbelievable events took place and visit a haunted bar along the way. You’ll get the shivers amid the shadows as you descend into New Orleans’ grim and grisly past, and discover thrilling tales of supernatural activity – try to capture it in a photo if you dare!
2. Bourbon Street
The party never ends on Bourbon Street. As you hunt for ghosts departing just steps away from the biggest block party in the world. Take in the essence of the famous of all streets, Bourbon Street.

5. Lalaurie Mansion
The most haunted house in New Orleans is the LaLaurie Mansion. Learn the real story behind the city's most famous serial killer. In public, she was a socialite but in the unseen shadows behind the scenes, she was a cold blooded murderer who took the lives of innocent people right under the noses of the affluent New Orleanians.
6. Lafitte's Blacksmith Shop Bar
There are many more haunted bars in the French Quarter than we can possibly include in one ghost tour but often that bar is this one. Located on Bourbon Street it is hosts to a number of ghost stories as well as signature drink called Voodoo.
7. Jackson Square
Jackson Square takes on a completely different persona after dark. See one of the most iconic landmarks in America when the shadows and spirits come out to roam. This tour usually ends in or near the square.

The most notorious alley in all America where pirates sold their contraband and killed their enemies and all right next to a Catholic Cathedral! Legend says that if you begin drinking in Pirate's Alley and make your way to Lafitte's Blacksmith Shop, the ghost of Jean Lafitte will greet you when you get there. Many a visitor has witnessed the apparitions of pirates running in the alley then disappearing late in the evening.

Most of our guides end their ghost tour near this iconic bar in Pirate's Alley. Stop in and try an absynthe, dubbed The Green Fairy for it's hauntingly green appearance. This famous pub was a popular hangout for Aleistar Crowley in the early 1900s as well as an entire culture of vampire lifestylers in the 1990s.

I thanked my lucky stars to have had Ariadne as our tour guide. She was knowledgeable and humorous. Even took the time to create a PSA email for all of us , with tips and helpful guides to enjoy the rest of our trip. It allowed us to enjoy the truly beautiful heart of the city. I didn’t want my tour to end and thankfully, it didn’t have to. Ariadne Blayde also has a book, Ash Tuesday, which engages you in both the history of the city and the background stories of all the amazing people that make it one of the best places to visit. Bob made it so fun! It was an interesting mix of ghost stories, history, and movie trivia - with lots of humor added. The only thing that could have made it better is if he would have vanished at the end and we discovered that he, in fact, was a ghost.

On our girls weekend we took this tour our first night in town. I’ve always been fascinated by NOLA cemeteries so was quite excited. Lacey was our host and she was amazing and super knowledgeable . I was sad when it ended but learned a lot and will be doing more our next trip to town. Thank you

Christian did our tour and did an AMAZING job. He kept us entertained the whole time with great info on the city, the haunted history of the town, along with a few jokes slipped in. If you were looking for something fun to do I highly recommend!
