Lynn was fabulous. Food was wonderful. Such an experience! Saw a demonstration years ago but this experience is a must for anyone visiting the Quarter.

I had a great time. Food that was made was delicious. Very detailed instructions. I loved the gumbo. The banana fosters had a little too much alcohol for my liking but everything was phenomenal

Our meal was delicious, the instructor knowledgeable and the staff courteous. Best part was sharing the experience with my son. And getting to know the others in our small cooking cohort was super fun.

Chef Tom was amazing and made us all feel so comfortable, no matter our level of cooking skill. Not only did he walk us through the steps of each recipe but also explained why we were doing it. Every dish was delicious and we all shared a lovely meal together at the end.

This was an outstanding learning experience. We leaned the history of food in New Orleans. The hands on cooking experiences were terrific! An abundance of food, drinks, and great instructions during the three hours.

We had a wonderful time learning to cook gumbo, jambalaya, and Bananas Foster from Chef Maria. She is a great storyteller and chef who enriched the experience with stories of cooking and traveling. Plus, the food was delicious!
