Not worth the time or money.
Advertised for 3 hours. Guide rushed through, didn't allow any time for look at exhibits. Ended in 2 hours. Have to do it over by ourselves.

The best tour that we have gone on in DC. The guide was very knowledgeable. We were able to see the sights without being lost in a big crowd. Definitely worth booking with these folks again

This was a last minute tour and it did not disappoint. Andrew, our tour guide was amazing, very knowledgeable and good sense of humor. He knew a lot of interesting stories one generally would not know. A very good learning about the history of America and how it came to be.

An array of knowledge matched only by the depth of the sea, delivered with a charming Scottish burr, Andrew was a fantastic guide! We all have some semblance of memory regarding this nations history and capital but Andrew highlights a more intimate story of how things came to be. The queuing avoidance is an added bonus to an all around insightful and delightful experience. The 2-hour duration felt like mere minutes as Andrew takes you on a historical journey of a nation, that seems to sometimes forget how we got here. I think it’s safe to say we enjoyed the tour and Andrew was an outstanding guide. Highly highly recommend!

This tour was great. We took our kids (16, 12 & 10) to DC for the first time. I wanted a tour that would hit some highlights for them & include some background information that they don’t learn in school. This tour totally delivered all of that & more. Our guide Andrew was great…funny & informative but we loved how he told history as a story rather than a list of events. It really brought everything to life with all of the extra “fun facts.”. & he made sure to explain it in a way that all 3 of my kids could understand & had additional visuals on his tablet. The Skip The Line entry was perfect…we got in to the Archives, saw the important documents & got out. Same at the Museum of American History..skipped past all the school tours, and then Andrew took us around to several different exhibits & gave us more historical backstories. I was never one to pay someone to take me around a museum but this tour changed my mind forever. Having someone to point out what things were interesting & explain why they were interesting was awesome….So many things that I might have just walked by otherwise. My only critique if I had one was that I wish our guide would have walked backward while he spoke…the city is busy & it was often difficult to hear what he was saying while following him around & his stories were so great that I didn’t want to miss anything. Overall a fantastic tour. I would highly recommend!

Skipping the long line to enter the National Archives Building definitely saved some time. You still have to wait to see the Archives, themselves, but it moves fairly quickly. Tony was our guide. He was very friendly and happy to share his knowledge with us. We completed the day with a “highlights” tour of the Museum of American History. It was nice to have someone to take us through such an extensive museum when we were short on time.

Liam, our guide, got us priority in line at both the Archives and American History. In fact, no line! We went through a separate entrance and after security we went right into the main floor. He was a wealth of knowledge and kept the 12 year old boy interested and engaged with National Treasure movie trivia. Even though both these places are free, this tour was worth every penny to get in without waiting and all the extra knowledge Liam lent to the experience! Thank you for a great day! We even had time for a food break and skipped on over to the Natural History museum( no line).

Andrew, our tour guide was the highlight, the knowledge, the personality, the light heartedness balanced out with passion was a delight. We got to know the complexity, struggles and sheer will it took to build America. Excellent tour.
