We arrived at our appointed to discover that we were the only people on the tour. Kat introduced herself and made us feel very comfortable. She was very accommodating to our exhaustion from the day and kept us entertained through some rest periods. She was extremely knowledgeable of local people and history. She was very interactive and informative to our questions. We would definitely do this again if Kat was our leader.

Cat was absolutely fantastic. The tour ended up only being my group of friends so we all got a chance to chat with her. She was friendly, super knowledgeable, and was an incredible story teller.
The rendez vous point was super easy to get to since it was a landmark. We didn’t have to wait at all, other than for my entire group to get there, and we ended up having a private tour. It was such a great price per person for that, definitely worth it. We all ended up getting a little spooked.
I only wish it had been longer because I had such a great time. I also love that this tour specifically is put in by a small, locally owned business. 6/5 stars

These activities need a great guide and our guide Kat was fantastic. Home grown from Nashville. You could hear it in her voice she really knew the history good and bad and loved to share it with us. Fantastic.

I definitely recommend this tour! Not only was it exactly what you would want out of a ghost tour but there was so much history shared as well that it really completely exceeded my expectations. I had Mar as a guide and she was absolutely perfect! She can really draw you in and paint the perfect, spooky picture as you’re seeing the different sites. I fully recommend!

While traveling to Nashville, my wife and I booked this tour. We ended up being the only ones on the tour, but our guide Cat was amazing! The tour ended up being about 90 minutes, filled with the guide’s lively and engaging storytelling and historical depictions. We learned tons about Nashville’s history and saw lots of iconic sights. Thanks to the tour operator for this memorable experience. Highly recommended!

We truly enjoyed our tour with Cat. It was my wife and I and we really enjoyed Cat's knowledge of the area and the lore. She was very personable and catered the tour to what we wanted to see and how we wanted to discuss the aspects of the tour. This was the best Ghost and true crime tour we have done. I recommend this tour to anyone who is interested.
