If we could give Gianluca ten stars we would. We met Luca right on time. He was a walking encyclopedia of all things Naples. He was able to give us an expansive historical and societal background of the area as we walked through the narrow alleyways and beautiful churches and sites. As a local he was able to point out many more sites than a typical tour guide. As we strolled down a market street we ran into his mother, father and dog who greeted us like family. Luca was able to give us real insight into the lives of Neapolitans. He left us with perfect restaurant suggestions as we finished up our tour. Kudos to Luca for giving us the perfect introduction to Naples.

We had an awesome time with Fredrika. She took into consideration of our age and stamina. We rode the train and saw the beautiful churches. She was very peronable and truly loves telling the history of Naples. We ate at pizza house that She goes to and it was so delicious. She is a great asset to the tourist industry!

Teresa was absolutely wonderful. She was enthusiastic throughout the tour. Her pride in her city and her knowledge of everything about Naples came through during our time together. She even went an extra hour long. Teresa is excellent!

Giuseppe is an extraordinary guide! Giuseppe’s communication from booking until meeting us for the tour was exceptional. He greeted us warmly at our Air BNB then led us through Naples incorporating all the points of interest along the way. The depth of his knowledge of Naples history, art and geography was very impressive, made Naples come alive. Giuseppe customized the day to our individual interests and helped us avoid the crowds. He took us to the Archaeological Museum of Naples, his knowledge helped us to appreciate the history of Naples and Pompeii. Beyond his knowledge Giuseppe is extremely personable and was a joy to be with for the day. We highly recommend Giuseppe.

We had a great time with our guide Giovanni, a local. We walked all over Naples while he gave us a historical account of the Neapolitan people. He was knowledgeable and engaging. We really appreciated this overview at the beginning of our days in Naples.

Despite the rainy day (sometimes VERY rainy), Serena was a fantastic guide for our walking tour of Naples from the cruise ship port. She made sure we saw everything we could in the time available and shared so much insight into what we were looking at. We have fond memories of our Napoli experience. One recommendation- with all the construction around the port area, we had a very difficult time finding the meeting location and only due to the kindness of two young ladies who helped us did we ultimately make our way there. More details in the directions on our confirmation would have saved us a lot of frustration and time. The plaza/fountain referred to is no longer visible from the port area. Thank you for considering this improvement.

This was the last stop on our cruise and it was the perfect ending to a great week in the Mediterranean. Maria picked us from the port in a timely fashion and we were on our way. Having been born in Naples, Maria was a true gem! Her passion for the history and culture of her city was truly inspiring. She was able to customize our tour since it was only the 4 of us and we really appreciated her giving her best effort to ensure we had a great taste of Naples. She showed us many areas that we would not necessarily know to go as locals and educated us not only on the history, but on the superstitions of Naples which were very exciting. She also recommended places where locals eat and shop for after our tour which were excellent. Would highly recommend Maria and this tour!

Our tour guide in Naples was Frederika. She gave us a tour of Naples we never would have done, which made the tour more special. After walking us to the Royal Palace and giving us some history lessons on Naples, Frederika took us into parts of Naples where we could see the locals and how they live. She gave us some great history on the people of Naples, showed us the neighborhoods and markets, and really shared their way of life with us. We also visited a store where we were shown how limoncello is made, which was fun. It was a wonderful experience and Frederika was a joy to meet and spend time with.
