The tour guide (Eliza) was very knowledgeable and entertaining. The tour really spent a good amount of time showing us Naples and Pompei. The sights were amazing.

The guide was incredibly knowledgeable and the tour of Pompei was excellent. The city tour of Naples was very average (Naples isn’t all that exciting). I thought very highly of the guide as she was exceptional.

Our tour guide lady is very knowledgeable about Naples and Pompeii, provided lots of details. Since there are lots of tourists, you should expect to walk fast and quick actions to take photos.

Eliza was a great tour guide , very knowledgeable and passionate about her job, pick up was on time. The Pompeii part was the highlight, the return journey was a bit chaotic trying to find which bus you were allocated to, not same bus as journey out, well worth the money.

Our flight arriving the night before was very delayed. We canceled due to the early start of the Naples portion. They arranged to pick us up so we were able to go to Pompeii. Very nice customer service.
