John, our host was a wonderful guide. He walked us through the town giving bits of information, history, customs and advise. Great start to our trip allowing us to make further plans to explore this beautiful culture. We tasted many things in the farmers market including Kava, fresh coconut and coconut milk. Saw beautiful handcrafted items and learned about daily life for many in Fiji. Excellent tour.

This was such an awesome tour. We got a chance to experience the authenticity of Nadi through a local tour guide. We went at our pace and were able to ask tons of questions through which was answered with sincerity, humor and honesty. Definitely recommend. It was not to strenuous so anyone can do it

Our family with kids 13 and 11 enjoyed this tour so much, this has been the best walking cultural tour we have done.
John was excellent, so knowledgeable and information was relevant and whole tour was easy and fun.
The kids have not stopped talking about the markets, food tastings and the beauty of the temple.
Thanks again. Highly recommended for an introduction to Fiji.

John was an informative and welcoming guide. We mostly explored the produce and handicraft markets, but also the town in general and Hindu Temple of Sri Siva Subramaniya. He explained at the start that it would be an 'Intro to Nadi' tour and that the food tour is on Saturdays (I attended on a Thursday). That was disappointing, as I'd prepared for a food tour, but the Viator app description didn't mention this. With that in mind, try to book on a Saturday to make sure you can sample the food market and Temple food too. Otherwise, it was an enjoyable afternoon.

The Nadi Walking tour was a great way to start a Fiji holiday. John has so much knowledge to share about Nadi, Fijian Culture and helpful tips for the tourist about shopping, transport and food.
We particularly enjoyed visiting the Market and the Temple.
John obviously loves his job and is enthusiastic about his hometown.
A highly recommended tour.

We travel a great deal all over the world. John, our tour guide, is definitely well-informed, provides excellent information and is extremely hospitable. He has decades of experience in the tourism industry and provides outstanding service. We met John on one end of Nadi Town and walked up the street to the Sri Siva Subramaniya Temple. Along the way, John shared stories about Fiji and Nadi town. We had been to Nadi Town several times on our own as we were in Fiji for two weeks. We did John's tour at the end of our vacation instead of the beginning. I highly recommend booking with John to take the tour the day you arrive.

Fantastic walking tour. John is an excellent and generous guide and host. We thoroughly enjoyed strolling around Nadi town including our baby in a pram. Friendly locals, lots of sights, sounds and smells of Fiji. Highly recommend. And if you are interested in more adventurous walks and hiking John can also assist.
