Departs at 10am and returns 5pm. Set sail to pristine Tivua Island, offering all the attractions of a small Fijian tropical island. This 7-hour experience includes hotel pick up and drop off from Nadi and Denarau Resorts, 1.25hr sail each way, 4 hours on the island, a Marine Biologist guided snorkeling tour and glass-bottom boat tour, use of canoes, SUPS, shade bures, Kava ceremony, volleyball, morning and afternoon tea, music and entertainment and a tropical buffet luncheon including a selection of beers, wines and soft drinks on the island. PADI Diving, massage and drinks from the bar on the boat are extra.

Incredible day trip!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND for all ages!!! We will be bringing our kids back end of the year to do the same again, great atmosphere, entertainment the whole day, delicious food provided and every host gave exceptional service ❤️ we got to swim along a few baby sharks and seen so much marine life x

Great experience from the moment you board the cruise. Staff greets you with a complimentary drink, morning tea, live entertainment, and a kava for all to try. Once we got to the island, the activities snorkeling to scuba diving, beach volleyball, and a delicious lunch. Even if you do not participate in the activities, you can relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The island is pure fiji magic! Also, staff is friendly, greeting you with a smile always. Vinaka

This trip was absolutely stellar!! The company communicated regarding pick up really well and each and every staff person I encountered was just lovely. The adventure to Tivua was so fun and the cooked lunch far surpassed what I expected! The trip back and forth was a joy with so much singing, dancing, and treats! 10/10 would recommend!

Their advertising is impressive, but the reality is so-so.
Poor communication: something they must improve. I did not get the details of the booking especially the instructions for hotel pick-up. Neither did they offer the next sailing on that same day.
Timing: pick-up was very early, but the cruise departure was late. Again, there were no announcements on the late departure.
Activity: given the late arrival and the early departure, time on the island was around 4 hours only - barely enough to enjoy the glass-bottom boat, massage, lunch, or snorkeling.
Meals: perhaps the only redeeming value of this cruise was the unlimited drinks and the friendly staff on the island.

The crew members were very friendly and entertaining. The snorkelling equipment was good and snorkelling was well guided. Our only suggestion would be to stay at the island for longer, at least another hour would have been good. Some more kayaks would have been good too. There was only one for hire.

Tivua is beautiful and you will have a lovely time. The current does mean that you only really see fish around the wharf. The current is quite strong when you are snorkeling but it is really cool. The gear is a bit outdated and could improve but it was fun. The food was good and the white sand and clear water is lovely. Well worth it.

Amazing tour. The island is small and full of activities with beautiful sand and clear waters. The day flies by and the crew is AMAZING. They are entertainers and really add to the fun of the day, it would only be half as wonderful if they were not apart of the day.
Down side
Booking through here means that even if you pick your hotel for transfers, does not mean that you will be picked up. The locals here know that booking through viator is a hassle for them so please call captain cook cruises directly for your hotel pick up time or you will never know.
We never received a pick up time and the bus just went straight in through so we had to organise our own transfers to the marina

This was a really good experience, and I would not hesitate to do it again next time I’m in Fiji. The price is 100% worth it for what you get (activities, food, drinks, etc), Tivua island is a beautiful place to have to yourself for a the day, and the crew were an absolute pleasure. You must sign up for this is you’re reading this trying to decide. You won’t regret it.
