Absolutely worth it. We visited very beautiful sights like Epidaurus, Nafplion and Mycenae. They were invaluable in the history of Ancient Greece and I was grateful to be able to see and explore them with my own eyes.

These sites are absolutely worth seeing to complete your knowledge of Greek civilization. In particular, Chirinth Canal is a marvel, the ancient theater of Epidauro is amazing and walking in Nafplio, by the sea, is fantastic and relaxing.
We enjoyed this tour a lot also thanks to the professionalism of the driver Alex, who was an excellent and very kind guide and recommended us a very nice and quiet restaurant near Mycene!

What a wonderful trip! Our driver was George, a senior travel advisor, and he was great. He was personable, knowledgeable, and flexible based on what we wanted to see. He was so familiar with the sites and shared so much information about them. It was so interesting and we all (5 adult family) really enjoyed the trip. I would definitely recommend him and the company. Great interaction when we booked to make sure they know what we wanted from the excursion. Highly recommend!!

The entire day was simply wonderful . Ioannis is a gifted guide and driver. his knowledge of the area and of the myths connected with the areas made the trip very interesting . We are elderly and have mobility problems but he was most sympatheitic and sensitive to our needs and limitations. The day was exceptional . We loved every minute of it.

We were picked up sharp at 8 AM which was the agreed time. We had a comfortable limo driven by a very affable gentleman called Harry who had a good knowledge of Greek history and mythology and was a wonderful travel companion. He described in length the tales and history of every site we were due to go to. We visited the Corinth Canal, Mycenae, Nafplion, and Epidaurus and we completely enjoyed each visit. On the whole, it was a delightful travel experience.

Our driver & guide Ioannis made our whole holiday. This was the second tour of the Athens area that we took with him because the first was so memorable. Our 10 year-old son loved Ioannis as well and asks if we can have him as our guide each time because he was so friendly and knowledgeable. Can’t recommend highly enough.

My daughter and I had a great day trip to Mycenae and a couple of other stops. Harry, our driver, made the day very pleasant for us and we had a great time chatting with him on the drive. Visiting the archeological site at Mycenae was the highlight of the trip for us and lunch in Nafplio was very nice. It’s such a pretty town. Overall it was a great day and I would recommend it as a day trip to anyone who is visiting Athens.

Ionnis, being our driver proved to be prompt, informative and entertaining. He knows facts/myths and shares them in an entertaining way. We ended touching upon all kinds of Greek life in the now & then, making our day fly by!
The sites visited were quite interesting and you get a good idea of all that went on through the millenia.
Taking a private beats being on a bus and worth of the extra monies spent.
Highly recommended!
