My friends and I were looking forward to visiting the Museum of Ice Cream during our day in the city. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our experience. Museum is a very loose term for this place…there are timelines that are incorrect, incorrect statements that say Marco Polo was alive in 1275 BC. Some of the other “facts” had typos and looked as though they were slapped together and not fact checked/read.
The experience is essential various rooms that are meant to be picture spots which are poorly put together. One room has many bananas hanging from the ceiling for just no reason at all. There is a section with notes on different Zodiac signs and they didn’t have anything for Leos.
Ice cream is decent and all the staff were very nice but for $60 a person this is a huge rip off. While it has potential, the poor attention to detail, lack of purpose/reasoning behind things, and high cost of entrance make this an experience that I would not recommend.

What a lame experience. NOBODY should be charged to enter this scam of an experience. It’s empty, the staff are just partying. The music is not family friendly.

The museum was cute, but def not worth the $200 we spent on tickets. They don’t offer a child’s ticket. There was only a few rooms with nice cream, and 1-2 flavors per room. The rooms were cute and well decorated. I could have done without the 2 cleaning ladies yelling at each other in front of my 7 year old daughter by the bathroom.

I thought this would be a tourist trap - i was so wrong!!!!!!! This is the funnest little museum ever!!! The workers are unrealistically so fun, happy and sweet! Would come 10 more times honestly

This is a great way to spend part of your day. It is suited for all ages and it's really a fun experience. All the rooms are so bright and full of joy and staff is very friendly. Great picture opportunities at every corner. I really recommend it.
