(This review is regarding a With Local tour within the Musee de'Orsay, only. ) If it's your first visit and you don't have all day, a guide is the way to go! Super friendly and knowledgeable, Hugo guided us expertly into and through the Musee de'Orsay. There are a lot of people and a lot of art to view, so having a guide took the guesswork out of figuring out what pieces to see and navigating to them. We thoroughly enjoyed the meaningful discussions about the pieces, the artists, and what influenced them.

Fernanda took us on a fantastic and very memorable trip around the Musee D'Orsay. The tour was tremendously well organised and was both very informative and accessible. Fernanda has amazing knowledge and was very good at communicating that to us. My teenage children (not the easiest audience in the world) were really enthralled and both very much enjoyed the tour. It was genuinely fascinating. Fernanda herself is a very charming and kind person who really couldn't do enough to accomodate us. I always find these tours are made not only by what the guide knows but how good a company they are generally as you walk around, and we all really enjoyed Fernanda's company.

I have had the privilege of visiting many art museums with group and private tours. Fernanda blew them all away! She is knowledgeable, passionate, and so effusive. Her excitement about the art and history was infectious and we could have easily stayed for 4 or 6 hours with her rather than our prescribed 2! She was so generous with her time, staying a little extra to make sure we tied everything together and got the full picture. I cannot recommend this brilliant woman enough and cannot wait for my next trip to Paris to learn from her again!

Chrystelle gave myself and my two daughters (ages 21 and 18) a wonderful guided tours of D’Orsay. Informative, friendly, and knowledgeable - she took us through the museum explaining its history, how the art had been carefully arranged to tell the story of Impressionism as a reaction to the Academy. She also focused on key pieces of art and artists, explaining their importance and the story behind the artists. Would highly recommend!

This tour was great! We had Julien as a guide. He took us to the highlights of the museum and gave us a really interesting tour about the history of impressionist art. I highly recommend this tour!

Our guide Julien met us in the front of the museum and spent about 3 hours teaching us about the history of the D'Orsay and the art exhibited there. Julien was amazing, he was so kind, knowledgeable, and patient with us. We had been to the museum many times, but this was the BEST experience ever. It was well worth the price to have such an esteemed knowledgeable person like Julien to bring the wonderful museum to life. I highly recommend this private tour.

Julien was a stellar tour guide. He arrived on time to our designated meeting point outside the Musee d'Orsay. We learned SO much from him during our time together. We will never look at art the same way again! His tour was well organized and he took into account the things I shared that were most important to us. He was very personable, easy to communicate with, very knowledgeable on art, history and the museum itself. He was kind and helpful. Julien made our tour an unforgettable experience.
