Meet you local guide in Venice city center, then board a private boat and admire the lagoon of Venice. Stop in Murano island to see S. Maria and Donato Cathedral followed by an old glass factory visit. Afterwards stop in Burano island and explore the lace island

Loved the excursion by boat from Venice to the surrounding islands. Great trip for a 16 year old's first trip to Italy!

The guide and the captain were very helpful. The guide was knowledgeable and amicable. It was a great way to learn and see more of Venice as well as meet new friends if you’re traveling solo

We really enjoyed our guide. He was funny and made the morning fun. The glass blowing was very interesting but the gift shop is probably overpriced IMO (even though we did buy some things to help out the people doing the show). Overall, I would recommend this tour.

This was a great way to expand our experience in Venice. Jean-luc was a phenomenal tour guide who catered the content uniquely for our tour. He was very informative and gave a complete history of Venice during the ~30 min boat rides. He also made sure that the whole group was in good hands at Murano and gave great recommendations for things to do during free time in Burano. Thank you Jean Luc, my mom and I had a blast :)

Don't expect much. On Murano, you will see a few minutes of glass making and then see one showroom for 1/2 hour with seemingly higher prices than Venice proper.
Then on Burano, you can shop and eat for an hour, and nice photo opportunity.
The boatride is nice, but you can't hear/understand the guide's limited information about the area.

Too little time demonstrating glass blowing and lace making, and too much time trying to get us to buy glass and lace figurines. Pretty long boat ride. The colorful houses on Burano Island are worth seeing.

We met the tour guide at the designated point.
He was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of Venice and the islands of the lagoon.
We visited the main church on Murano before visiting the exhibition of glass blowing, really interesting.
On Burano, we were given an introduction to the island before free time to explore.
Overall,a super trip not to be missed.

Host was great and very knowledgeable, the trip to the glass factory was fascinating. Buano was very quaint and fish for lunch was delicious, as promised.
