This tour concentrates on pieces commissioned by Marie du 13eme arrondissement and initiated thanks to multiple galleries or projects like Boulevard Paris 13 (Galerie Itinerrance) or Seres Queridos. The official guide, an award winner, will present you some of the most influential contemporary artists like Obey, C215 or Jorge Rodriguez-Gerada. You will learn about different techniques that are being used on the streets, and hear lots of little known facts from the first hand - passionate professional who has been studying this movement, inside-out for minimum 6 years.
Combined group per event can have maximum 15 guests. Reservation is obligatory.

Marie introduced us to the different techniques as well as the messages that the artists wanted to convey.

Thanks to Kasia for making sure we could have our guided tour even though there were only 2 of us registered.
Marie, the guide, is passionate and exciting, adapting to all ages. Seeing these frescoes through your eyes and the stories they tell us changes everything. I pass by them every day but no longer see them in the same light. We don't see the time passing and 2h15 later, we're still asking for more.

Fantastic tour! It was great having an insider guide who is himself an artist in the local scene - we got lots of great personal anecdotes, detailed information about the logistics and execution of the beautiful murals, as well as interesting Paris history. Would absolutely recommend!

John John was very knowledgeable, conscientious and kind (one of our participants went to the wrong Metro stop and he waited for her). He focussed a lot on technique, but also talked about the origin of the program. He was receptive to questions and gave thorough responses.

Really, really great tour. The guide was an artist himself (Mr Byste), very knowledgeable of art, history, science. Funny, easy going, very kind. The tour is well thought of and he even made a small detour to show me work from an artist from my country (Portugal).
