City unscripted was unlike the private tours I’ve booked in the past. Upon booking, they sent me a survey on what I’d like to see in Munich. After that they paired me with our guide Sandra who emailed me to say hello and answered a few questions we had, some of which are how to get to the airport to hotel etc.
We had a great time during the tour. Not only did she take us to several Christmas Markets which I loved, she talked about the city and best of all, we learned how to go around the city using all sorts of public transportation through her.
We also ate at all the suggested restaurants and food stands she recommended after the tour and we enjoyed every bit of them. I highly recommend this tour.

We did a 3 hour walking tour with Sandra from City Unscripted. She was wonderful. We had the most enjoyable time walking through all the different areas of the city. Sandra was very knowledgeable and provided us with great insight into Munich. She fitted so much into the time we had and we would not hesitate to recommend her.

We booked a day tour of Munich and paid 180 Euro in advance. Two days prior to tour I received an email that the tour had been cancelled as the guide was sick. No alternative was offered and I was told that due to high season no other dates are possible. Really!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is only mid June. This is a scam and I would not recommend anyone book with this company. I suspect I will never see a refund.
