Our expansive Beer Tour and Bites experience journey's through Bavaria's famous beer halls, to discover and devour iconic beer dating as far back as the early 1400s. Begin the tour in Munich's famous city centre, learn of its history, and visit a traditional Bavarian tavern to sample local pub food and a beer (500ml) from a lesser know, but locally preferred Munich brewery.
2. Bier- Und Oktoberfest Museum
Receive an exclusive tour of the infamous Oktoberfest museum and get an insight into the generations of beer drinkers whose beer mugs are kept locked up for their family use only.
3. Bier- Und Oktoberfest Museum
Taste 3 x iconic local beers in a historical location and match the beers with a traditional Bavarian dish.
4. Staatliches Hofbrauhaus
Learn the history of the world's most famous beer hall, as we make a quick stop to take photos and take in the atmosphere.
5. Platzl
Enjoy people watching on this always bustling thoroughfare, and partake of the street food that Germans typically consume on a night out. Then wash it all down with a bottled-beer (500 ml) from a brewery in a nearby Bavarian castle, and take an ice cream cone to-go from a local Michelin star rated chef.
6. Frauenkirche
Sit in the shadow of Munich's legendary cathedral and enjoy some liquid dessert - a strong beer (7% alcohol, 500 ml) which is brewed in a monastery on the outskirts of the city.

Went with some friends and we had the best time. One of the highlights of our trip for sure! Liam was our guide and he was INCREDIBLE! So much fun and so knowledgeable about the history of Munich, Bavarian Culture and food, and of course the beer! Would 11/10 recommend this tour and I’d do it again if I’m ever back just to see Liam cause he was so much fun!

One of the highlights of our 2 week European road trip! Liam was the best tour guide. Very knowledgeable, funny, and a great storyteller! A fond memory we will never forget! I would highly recommend to anyone who enjoys beer and fun :)

We had met our tourguide, Noel, the night before at the end of another tour. Coincidentally, the next day we ran into him about a half hour before our tour was scheduled to begin so we started early. Noel was an amazing guide! He gave us more food than we could handle, which was all delicious, and the perfect amount of beers to accompany it all. He was also very knowledgeable about the history and culture of the city. This tour was a 10/10 and I'd highly recommend it to anyone considering it.

HIGHLIGHT of our 2 week Europe trip. Liam was the BEST. So knowledgeable about history, beer, food, and stories. We were laughing and having the best time all night. I would highly recommend this experience. We had delicious food & even better beer. Liam was phenomenal and someone I would consider a friend now. Couldn't have had a better experience ?

Could not land in Munich for three days they would refund saying I needed 24 hours. Could not get a phone call to the vendor. Hard to believ that your tour went in the middle of a blizzard. Will not book our tours with Viator again. We go to Europe all the time. Sam Garrett 402 990 8430.

We absolutely loved the tour and our guide Noel. He provided a great summary of not only Munich's drinking history but also the area's overall history. He was extremely charismatic and one of the best tour guides we have had anywhere! He also provided great recommendations for other unique activities to do around the city.
