• For No Lunch option, meals are not included. Customers are to have lunch on their own. There are no cafes, restaurants, or other places to have lunch near the rest area. Preparing this prior to departure is recommended.
• Allergy-friendly meals, gluten-free meals, etc. are not available. Customers with allergies and those that would like gluten-free meals is asked to reserve the tour without lunch.
• *Muslim-friendly Meals: A menu that does not use pork or alcohol will be provided. Please note that these are not halal certified.
• The order of the tour itinerary is subject to change due to road conditions or other reasons.
• If Mt. Fuji's 5th Station cannot be reached due to road surface freezing or an accident on the Fuji Subaru Line, or due to weather conditions, etc., the tour will be taken to the highest elevation point possible. No alternative destinations are planned when the tour reaches beyond the 1st Station. However, when the tour has to turn back at the 1st Station or when the Fuji Subaru Line is completely blocked, the tour will visit Fujisan World Heritage Center or Lake Kawaguchi Oishi Park. Please note that an alternative itinerary may also be omitted depending on road conditions.
• Due to weather conditions, Mt. Fuji may not be visible even from the base. However, the tour will not be canceled and refunds will not be given for this reason.
• 【For 2024 tour dates】If the Lake Ashi cruise or Komagatake Ropeway cannot be boarded (when not visitable due to suspension of operation, road congestion, or conditions at other sightseeing areas), the tour will be guided to one of the following alternative destinations. (The tour will not be canceled and refunds will not be issued for this reason.) Lake Kawaguchiko Sightseeing Boat "Appare", Swan Lake Cruise Ship on Lake Yamanaka, Hakone Pirate Ship, Mt. Fuji Panoramic Ropeway, Hakone Ropeway, Hakone Jukkokutoge Panoramic Cable Car, Itchiku Kubota Art Museum, Fujiyama Museum, Narukawa Art Museum, Hakone-en Aquarium, Ninja Bus, Oshino Shinobi no Sato, Hakone Checkpoint, Odawara Castle, Kitaguchi Hongu Fuji Sengen Shrine, Oshino Hakkai, Hakone Shrine
• Depending on the season and day of the week, traffic conditions may vary, and arrival time at each location may be considerably delayed. Thank you for your understanding.
• Customers who are late for the departure time will have their reservations canceled. Please give yourself plenty of time.
• Children up to 5 years old may join free of charge, but will not be provided with bus seats or lunch. If bus seats or lunch is required, please make a booking under the child rate.
• When booking, please indicate the number of customers requesting vegetarian meals or Muslim-friendly meals (please indicate even when there are no requests).
• GPS-enabled audio guides in Chinese, Spanish, Italian, Thai, French, and Indonesian may be used while on board a dedicated vehicle. Please indicate your preferred language in the free entry field at the time of reservation. Same-day requests are not accepted. There are a limited number of audio guides available, so it may not be possible to provide one for each participant. Also, no refunds will be issued even if the audio guide is unusable due to weak signal, device issues, Wi-Fi malfunction, etc. Furthermore, they may be unusable if there are changes to the itinerary.
• Depending on the number of tour participants, transportation to be used may be other than a large bus (mid-size bus, small bus, hired car, etc.).
• This is a carbon offset product where a portion of the tour booking charge is spent on renewable energy. By converting CO2 emissions during the tour to green energy, it's possible to contribute to activities protecting the planet's future.
• On the day when the annual Mt. Fuji Hill Climb is held, which is usually on a weekend in June (schedule for 2024 is yet to be determined), the Fuji Subaru Line is closed until around 14:00. The tour will proceed on this day as well. Please note that there will be changes to the itinerary order and sightseeing locations, and the Komagatake Ropeway and Lake Ashi cruise may be changed to alternative itineraries. Furthermore, please note that refunds will not be issued in this case, and customers will not be notified separately when the schedule has been determined.
• As there are locations to be visited on this tour such as Mt. Fuji 5th Station, etc. with lower temperatures compared to Tokyo, bringing warm clothing is recommended.

The tour was good, stop at every place they promised. Except the time allow at the Mt Fuji 5th Station, it was too short; we had only 20 minutes instead of the 30 minutes, it took 5 minutes just to get off the bus with a full load of passengers. Very friendly staff and the bus was very clean.

This was a great tour. We were blessed to have great weather, so a perfect view of Mt. Fuji and the cruise and ropeway were open. Our guide was pretty excited with our view (we could see both Northern Alps and Southern Alps from the 5th station), and I know lots of reviews were disappointed because you couldn't see Mt. Fuji, so we felt very fortunate. The trip moves pretty fast, so you don't have a lot of time at each place. We didn't have any traffic issues as we were travelling in December on a Friday, so we were given 15 minutes extra at the 5th station and 15 extra minutes on the lake cruise. Lunch was very good. It was a hot pot with beef and was very good. There was even a drum show, which was unexpected. Our guide, Marie, was absolutely fantastic! She was easy to understand, very friendly and gave good information on life in Japan as well as the areas we were seeing. We were leaving the tour in the Hakone area rather than returning to Tokyo. I like that the tour gives you the option to return to Tokyo via Shinkansen, or via bus, or remain at Odawara station if you are not wanting to go back to Tokyo. It wasn't a problem to take our suitcases on the bus.

Amazing trip. Sunrise tour is a good company. Friendly and professional. Our tour guide Joe was excellent, speaks English well, knowledgeable and approachable. The tour itself is fun packed. The bus is clean and spacious.
