We had an wonderful time on our tour today and saw really great views of Mt Fuji. Our tour guide Tsubasa-San was very friendly, knowledgeable and engaging with our entire group. The tour bus, driven expertly by Miyamoto-San, arrived on time and drove us smoothly to each destination, overall this was an amazing experience :)

Our tour guide was wonderful and the journey was satisfactory, but I would only recommend this kind of tour if you have a lot of time to spend in your trip to Japan. We were very frustrated by the fact that we couldn’t even visit the Mount Fuji, our primary reason for the trip!!

Itinerary was exactly what we were looking for with a few welcome surprises. Angela was an A+ guide. I would book a tour with her again. Buses were comfortable.

We enjoyed the tour with our guide, Tsubasa, and our highly skilled bus driver, Miyamoto-san. The weather was perfect so we had beautiful views. But we were a little disappointed to learn after the tour began that the mountain was closed due to landslides from snow melt. That’s apparently a risk if you go in the spring. I liked having multiple stops, although they felt a bit rushed at times. Some of the stops were also very crowded with various tour bus groups snaking their way past each other. Our guide did a good job managing our large group, which couldn’t have been easy. And he kept us well-informed along the way.

We had luck to see de Mount Fuji the whole day due to the perfect weather!
Our guide Mao was a very kind person who explained us everything.
She answered a lot of our questions and try do make our tour the best as possible, what she effectively did. in fact it was nice to talk with a japanese person during our stay in Japan :-) her english is quite good and she is willed to learn more, for what i have a lot of respect here in this country!

An amazing introduction into Japan! Tsubasa, our guide, has a genuine passion and enthusiasm for Japan and travelling! His insights into the culture of Japan, its heritage and its newer influences, were extremely interesting and shone a light on the past and future of a great place to visit.
We got lucky with the weather, Fuji could be seen from almost every angle and every spot, and that made it a crowning experience of our Tokyo trip. That said, the tour is more than just a Fuji experience, it’s a true dip of the toe into the culture and a great day trip out of the hustle and bustle of the city.
Tsubasa truly made the tour a great day and I’ll visit again thanks to him!

This was a great tour achieving a lot in one day with great views of Mt. Fuji. Our experience was made unforgettable by our amazing tour guide, Tsubasa - great character, humour, knowledge, organization, and simply looking after us. There were no issues or confusion and he shared so many interesting facts with us. He loves his job and it shows - a tour is only as good as the guide and we were lucky ours was Tsubasa!
