Our guide for the hike, Madi, was wonderful. She made sure we were safe and allowed us to climb at our pace. While the hike was strenuous, she made us feel safe. The views were worth the climb, simply gorgeous when the clouds parted. The breakfast and warm coffee was appreciated. Our driver was on time and very helpful. We enjoyed the hot springs after our hike and our visit to the coffee plantation for some samples and relaxation.

This was such an incredible experience! Though we had a foggy morning and weren’t able to catch the sunrise, the trek itself was once-in-a-lifetime experience that I would recommend to anyone visiting Bali and is physically able to do the hike! Made was a great organizer/host, we thought we’d fall asleep on the early drive to the volcano but time flew as we chatted the whole way there. We really enjoyed getting to know him, learning about Bali, and receiving lots of helpful tips and tricks from him!

We had a truly amazing day! Made, the driver, was kind and helpful and so patient. We never felt stressed to hop in the car and go to the next place/activity. He just said that he was ready when we were, so you could really enjoy your time at the hike, hot springs and coffe- and tea plantation. Our guide at the hike, Komang, was also super helpful and always made sure that everyone was ok. Stunning views at the hike, relaxation at the hot springs and a new, fun taste experience at the plantation.

Absolutely amazing time with Made and our guide for the trek, Arto! Although we were a bit unlucky with the weather once we got to the top (incredibly foggy day), we were fortunate enough to catch some stunning views on our sunlit trek back down! Made was super friendly and helpful, and our guide, Arto, was an absolute legend!

Our tour guide was Wayan, who was very helpful and funny! We really enjoyed the tour together with him! He gave us a lot of information and gave us enough time to enjoy nature!

The best experience ever - highly recommend. Both of our drivers were lovely. Our tour guide to climb mount batur was amazing, so kind and funny too. This is a must if your in Bali. John was also great. They all made sure we had the best time.

Amazing trip, our driver Ketut was perfectly on time and really friendly offering to stay as long as we liked at the hot springs which was really nice as we weren’t rushed or anything. Our trekking guide was amazing and I couldn’t have made it without him, he let us set the pace and made sure I got to the top when I wanted to give up!

Our excursion was incredible. Starting off with an easy ride where we all were rocked to sleep, then meeting up with the kindest guide to lead us up, finishing with breakfast at the top, and a special request of being dropped off at another destination! We definitely recommend.

Organized trip, all the team worked well, our pick up driver contacted us 1 day before the activity started and he arrived on time then he took us to the starting point to start the hike and meet our guide Guide Komang is a very polite and kind guide he always helped us when we had difficulties on the hike he also took lots of photos and videos for us I really had fun on this trip

This was one of the most amazing experience we had in Bali. The moment and sunrise cannot be expressed in words. The drivers here are very frienly and good photographers, they took soo many nice photos of us. It's will unforgetable tour for us in bali. Recomended to take this trip
