The best drivers, helped with photos and was really helpfull! Really kind, served us with breakfast at the viewpoint! Dicka, bayu & marry was the best!

We really no expect the experience not only because of the nature and creation but also the people around us and assist us. "KACONG" was the driver to pick us up. And he was not just on time, he was early in our call time, knowing its 2:15am. He drives smooth and very friendly!

"ARTAA" the boy that treated us as his own family. Always looks after to our needs. He even suggest to stop in their house just to get warmer comforter and towel. And with the wonderful pictures he did, it was so worth it! He made us our trip extra memorable. Informative and very reliable driver of 4x4 jeep!

I hight recommend this 2 beautiful employee of yours! A very humble and kind persons i met!

We wanted to book the hiking Mt Batur trip but ended up booking the jeep tour and we are so glad we did this (heard from others that the hiking tour is a bit demanding). Our driver Widi was THE best. He not only took us to the best spot to watch the sunrise but took amazing photos and videos!! If you are like as we were you will get him as your driver or you can ask to have him:) We also enjoyed the hot springs afterwards and the coffe tasting was perfectly rounding up this tour! Highly recommend it.

Amazing trip. Mere and the team were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Would definitely recommend. The coffee plantation was also very enjoyable.

Fantastic day tour to see Mt. Batur sunrise, hot Springs, black volcanic Rock and an added extra trip to Trunyan Cemetery.

I made the booking the night before at around 8pm and was promptly contacted by a young driver named Mere who confirmed the pickup address and time at our hotel in Ubud.

Mere was waiting for us, on time at 3.15am at the hotel in a clean and modern car. He was an absolute delight! He was very polite, positive, knowledgable about the tour and local area and had a great balance of making good conversation but not overbearing and drove in a very safe manner. At a point, we realised we wanted to add an extra journey to the end of this tour which Mere was very helpful in organising quickly. The extra tour was to Trunyan Cemetery - which was very unique and interesting (maybe not for everyone but this was our desire to visit - google Trunyan Buriel/Cemetery if interested). He organised a boat at short notice with a local operator who was also very professional and fair priced. Mere was happy to wait for us while on this side tour and was there to pick us up and return to Ubud without issues.

Back to the main tour - Batur sunrise and hot pools. Once we arrived at one of the villages closer to the base of Mt. Batur, Mere handed us over to another awesome local guide name Made who had the Jeep to take us up to the Mt. Batur sunrise area. Once again, Made was an engaging host who was also very polite and made sure we had a great time while being very professional, he answered any of our questions about the area, tour and trip. The jeep ride up was definitely a bit bumpy but a lot of fun and Made was a very safe driver on and off road when I ch out us at ease. After a short while we reached the sunrise location and Made found a great parking spot just in front of the small building where we were served breakfast with a warm banana fritter sandwich, boiled egg, fresh coffee and a chocolate biscuit snack - simple but delicious. After a short while (we beat the crowds) the sun began to rise and Made directed us to sit on top of the jeep where we had an unobstructed view of Mt. Agang and behind, Mt. Agung as well as Mt. Batur lake and across to Trunyan village. Made also provided us with a warm blanket which was a nice touch. There were some clouds that blocked some of the sunrise but this made for some beautiful shapes to watch move around and there was even a few lightning bolts in the distance which really added to the unique experience. We stayed dry the whole trip. Made was happy to take as many pictures as we wanted from all sorts of angles, you could tell he was decent with a camera and the photos turned out great! Once the sunrise was up, we got back in the jeep and decended Mt. Batur carefully and headed to the black lava rock formations. This was a cool area where we took more pictures and were offered very high quality and unique handmade paintings for sale by a local artist. These paintings were really great and I regret not purchasing any - they would make an amazing gift. No pushy sales tactics here either which was really nice. After some brief exploring Made took us back to meet Mere again who then drove us to the natural hot Springs. This was definitely a highlight of the tour. The water is crystal clear, you get a private locker, showers for after and there is also a bar attached - a very classy place where there are many pools to choose from at warm and comfortable temperatures. The views of Mt. Batur lake while you relax and soak were amazing and its a good time to either keep to yourself or socialise with some other tourists. There was also a welcome drink on offer and mention of a coffee tasting but we had already done that in a prior tour. Once we finished up, we showered and met Mere at the car park. Normally the tour would then return to your hotel but as mentioned, Mere happily took us to a local village where we met the boat driver who took us on our extra side tour to Trunyan Cemetery and back. Once we competed our side tour of approximately one hour we were pleased to see Mere waiting for us as promised at the dock. Mere was happy to wait and then returned us back to our hotel in Ubud.

I highly recommend anyone to take this well priced tour and if you are lucky enough to get Mere or Made as drivers, don't hesitate to ask any questions. They are super friendly local humans and will help out where they can.

We had a phenomenal time on this experience. Our hote transfer - driven by Jik Grace - made the experience so easy and smooth.

Our jeep driver - Widi - was very knowledgeable having grown up in the local area, and truly made this a special experience. Would 100% recommend this experience for anyone travelling to Bali - it's truly a unique opportunity.

4 of us had booked for this experience and I cannot recommend this enough to anyone who wants to have the best experience at Mt. Batur. He were picked up by mere at 3 AM. Sleepy and jaded, we were brought to our active senses.... Thanks to our bright and enthusiastic driver for the day Mere. He has gone above and beyond in making sure we had a memorable experience. I would definitely recommend both this experience and mere for an amazing time.

I am super grateful for this experience and want to give a special shoutout to our drivers Mere and Arta who were very nice and brought us everywhere early before the crowds showed up. We were 1st to come to the mountain and therefore got the best spot to watch the sunrise. The hot spring and coffee plantation were a nice surprise as I didn’t really know what to expect. The coffee was AMAZING!

We loved this excursion, our driver mere was very friendly and allowed us to go at our own pace, he arrived at our hotel promptly for pick up and was energetic despite it being 3am!
I was not able to select a pick up location when booking so you may have to message the host to organise this as we did.
Our jeep driver Widi was also fantastic and helped us take pictures and gave us lots of information about the mountain.
Overall we would recommend this tour
