Me Sanchos very well kept. Good service in a beautiful area. I never had an empty drink and food was good. Our server Paul was friendly and a great server. I highly recommend you ask for him.

When I travel to Cozumel, I like to spend a day at Mr. Sancho's. Never met the guy, but he's usually a great host. This time, meh. It probably had to do with our server, Aldo. Aldo was not the friendliest guy on the beach. I'll begin with this incident. Me and my family are not small people. When Aldo showed us our table, he looked at my daughter and said that they did not have any big chairs so he "hoped that it worked." We did not ask for a bigger chair for we had been there on two other occasions. His statement was incredibly rude. His service was slow; he never smiled, he didn't try to make us feel welcomed. He didn't come around often. The entire 4 hours we were there, I had four cocktails. I had better interactions with the servers at the buffet. I'm a little disappointed. The last two times we had been there was an incredible experience. I hate to say it, but next trip to Cozumel, I may try a different adventure.

Everyone there was absolutely great! My cup was never dry and I always had something on my plate! Every single worker made sure I was doing alright and having a great experience. The sun wasn’t out, but the employees made sure I still had an amazing time!

Very relaxing. Attentive service by Tamar. Good (no great) food. Great drinks. It was crowded the day we went but not overwhelming. Cab fare $17 and it was easy to find others to share the ride to keep cost down.

St, Patricks Day and sold out!! As soon as we arrived in a taxi. ($17 each way) The took our information within 3 minutes then we were already on our way to get situated on the beach. Martin was amazin and very attentive. He provided us a table with an umbrella and chairs with the best view of the ocean. Drinks were on point and did not disappoint where YES YOU CAN TASTE THE ALCOHOL! We decided to eat in the buffet which was a good experience and many choices to choose from. The taste was there and fulfilling, but do not expect a 5 star quality to all the high maintenance people that complain. The pool was great and the swim up bar was very fast and impressive. Would most def. recommend, esp for only $69!!!!

It was our 28th anniversary and our waiter Diego treated us like royalty and had it announced over the pa system that was great.
