The staff were really friendly! Definitely worth checking out. Just make sure to bring a warm layer, extra snacks and not to skip out on the hot springs! Our driver Putu was amazing and informative about the attractions. Jeep driver was really friendly and helped us take lots of photos so that'd we'd remember the occasion :)

We had an amazing experience . Our drive Jero Kadek Arcana was so nice and sweet, he answered all our questions and made our journey so easy. Our jeep driver was also amazing, he took so many good pictures for us. I recommend 100% !!! The view from the hot spring is so incredible.

Jay and Putra were amazing in managing the Batur jeep adventure.
Putra knows all the good spots to get an amazing view of the sunset and his camera skills are like a Pro photographer.
Jay is like an encyclopedia and knows the ins and outs of Balis monuments culture and history. Both of them will ensure that you get an amazing Bali experience.

What a pleasure to work with Jero (co-ordinator through WhatsApp) and his team of drivers. Our pick up/drop off driver, Wi, is friendly, polite, and professional. We were also introduced to 2 Jeep drivers who are super kind and helpful. One of them even took really nice photographs. They also guided us to better spot for better views. A little hike up from the jeep parking lot but really worth it. The 6 of us were extremely pleased with the entire experience. Highly recommend.

On the morning of departure, it was cloudy and we could only see the sun for a short time, but the two friendly drivers made it a safe and enjoyable experience. This is my first trip to Bali, and I think it will be a good memory with my wife. I want to travel to Bali again next time.
