It was a well organised tour, even with a late booking. Starting from the driver, Putu, who was professional, attentive and knowledgeable; he called beforehand to make sure I knew what to bring, and arrived early for pick up. My guide, Dira was also very helpful and looked after me very well for the hike itself to ensure I had a good experience. Overall excellent and would recommend!

Niko was my driver. He picked me up and dropped me off at the hotel. He’s very talkative 😀 I enjoyed the trip with him.
Kdek was my tour guide for the mountain. He’s very Jung but in a very good shape. We climbed to the top of the mount in ca. 4h and it took us 2:45h to get down. We didn’t talk much since we were hiking and climbing but when we got the chance it was always a pleasure to talk to him.
Regarding the trip, the pictures speaks for themself I guess.
Overall it was a great trip from the start at my hotel then we hiked and climbed and in the end I was dropped off at my hotel.
I would recommend it but it can be very challenging the trip. You’re supposed to be in a good shape.

Last notice for Hikers: it‘s a tough way up to the summit but every step is worth to hike Mt. Agung. Words are not enough to describe what you will see over there und the feeling when you reach the summit is overwhelming. 🤩🥳

Best hard core experience!
You have to be fit and have the proper equipment. The tour guides are nice local people but don’t try to race with them, you’re not going to win!
Highly recommend it!

Nice experience if you like hiking! You have to be prepared because it's tough, but it's worth it, especially if you're lucky to have good weather! Very friendly and punctual driver! The guide is excellent!

Our guide igede was fantastic.
Extremely knowledgeable of the trail, knew exactly what he was doing.
One of my friends got injured on the way back down with an overuse injury in their knee, helped them every step on the way back down!
No complaints whatsoever.
Great guy, great experience to climb this beautiful mountain.
Make sure you’re fit and well prepared to do this one. 12 hours trekking isn’t for people who don’t exercise

Gede is my driver and i am so appreciative of his service. He is a kind and very good person. And he provided an excellent service to us.Thanks so much.
But I have a very bad experience with the hiking guide services.
Basically, my hiking guide just keep talking with each other all the time, and he always take a long rest for their coffee time. That's why other participants can't catch up to enjoy the sunrise on time excepted me.
when I went down from the mountain, my hiking guide just keep playing his cell phone game "candy crush" and left me behind or ask me walk in front by myself even I keep falling down cause the wet glass floor on the mountain. I think it's very dangerous that the hiking guide treats the participant like this very bad service and look like never care my safety.
I will try to share this experience in my blog, intergram, Facebook, and Twitter at all. And I hope your company will take it seriously and manage the hiking guide better on the next time.
