This was a great day trip. Mostar was beautiful and we loved the traditional Bosnian & Herzegovina restaurant where we stopped for lunch and the opportunity to swim in the waterfalls. The tour guide on the coach, and for the Mostar walking tour, were both excellent: friendly, professional and engaging. The only downsides were the check-in process: we arrived at the advertised time at the meeting point to find the shop completely closed. We waited outside in the dark for more than half an hour before the office staff turned up, who were rude when we showed them our Viator ticket, which apparently we didn’t need. There was no hotel pickup, despite this being advertised on Viator. It was also a very long day with a long wait to cross the borders.

We met at Gray Line office on the split promenade. Our guide was Ivanka(not Trump)!! She was super friendly and welcoming to everyone and is a great credit to the company and the job of host/guide!
We were driven first to a small village in Bosnia and Herzegovina, where we had coffee and huge slices of Baklava. We then wandered around an old mosque.
We then had a short drive and were in Mostar, where we had a nice guided tour with a local student named Phillip. Phillip was a great guide. He made jokes and made everyone feel comfortable, as well as knowing so much about Herzegovina & Mostar's history. This guy will go far in the world of hospitality and tour guides! Another excellent choice of employee from the company! Well done!!
We had some free time to shop for gifts, such as cashmere scarves or artwork, and also get some traditional, regional dishes to eat.
After, we then visited the waterfalls for around an hour. This is enough time to see its beauty and, if you wish, have a swim in the lakes!
The whole day was awesome! This was the best thing I have done in Croatia!
Cannot recommend enough, well worth it! What a day!!!

Excellent trip, lovely tour guide and very well organised. We had lots of free time at the different spots and had lots of local recommendations from Ivanka and Anna Maria. Would highly recommend venturing over to Herzegovina on this tour.

We booked the Mostar Tour as we are unable to see the Blue Cave due to the stormy weather. Didn’t expect anything from this Mostar trip but it turned out to be great. Ivanka is friendly, knowledgeable and positive. Thank you!

The best day of my week-long stay at Split for sure. Our guide Ivanka made the trip extra enjoyable with her capturing energy and knowledge about the areas we visited. Totally a trip worth doing if you're staying in Split, very different to anything you can find in Croatia. Waterfalls were beautiful as well and we had enough free time to take photos and explore outside of the guided tours as well. Probably one of the best traveling experiences of my entire life so far, would definitely spend more time in Bosnia Herzegovina in the future!

I had high hopes for this trip, and my experience surpassed them!! The whole day was so much fun, from the start of the trip — baklava and Bosnian coffee — to the lovely town of Mostar, to the end of the day at the Kravica Waterfalls.

I had no idea Mostar would be such an amazing place to shop souvenirs, and the food was delicious as well!! It was also really affordable: a scoop of gelato is only 1€, and we found tasty lunch specials for 8€ apiece. Our last stop of the day, the Kravica waterfalls, were simply stunning. Bring bathing suits and towels so you can take a dip!

But the true highlight of the day was our tour guide, Ivanka. She has so much passion for the history and culture of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and she made the country come alive with all the stories and anecdotes she shared. And she's got such a great positive energy — listening to Abba on the bus ride back was the cherry on top of an incredible day!

Our local tour guide Anamarija was fantastic as well! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to lend tips and recommendations to make sure we all had a fantastic time in Mostar. She has a great grasp of the English language and was easy to hear, as well as knowledgeable and entertaining throughout the tour.

I really love that this tour provides two expert guides: one for the journey there and back, and one for Mostar! They both have such a wealth of knowledge and complementary perspectives; it was amazing getting to learn from both of them! Big thanks to Ivanka, Anamarija, and Gray Line Croatia for providing such an unforgettable experience.

I was really intrigued with the photos of the famous bridge in Mostar. So I wanted to get a photo like them. The guide gave us good history on the region and it was an interesting city. You will be disappointed in the views of the bridge unless you go to the little garden at the Mosque along the river bank. It cost 2 Euros to enter the garden. Or find a restaurant on the other side with a balcony overlooking the river. That is how I got my best shots. Going up the tower in the mosque would be the very best but it is a lot of steps! We had an awesome traditional platter for 2 for lunch at the little restaurant which we thoroughly enjoyed. Prices there are 1/2 of what they are in Croatia. We also enjoyed the side trip to the waterfalls. Very beautiful. A good way to spend a day. It is about 11 or 12 hours because it takes time to get across the border coming and going.
