'Solar Whisper’ is the only zero emission boat on the Daintree River. This whisper quiet boat can glide quietly up to crocodiles and other wildlife without scaring them or hurting their habitat. This boat is fitted with the unique “Croc Cam” to help show well camouflaged crocodiles and wildlife.
Nestled in the World Heritage Listed Daintree Rainforest, is our next stop - Mossman Gorge. Enjoy a swim in the crystal-clear waters of Mossman Gorge before sitting down to a delicious healthy lunch.
After lunch we meet the local indigenous tribe.
Your guide will lead you on a meandering stroll through stunning, lush rainforest, observing traditional huts or humpies along the way. Your experienced interpretive Indigenous guide demonstrates traditional plant use, identifies bush food sources, and provides an enchanting narrative of the rainforest and their special relationship with this unique tropical environment. I was traveling for 3 weeks in Australia, one of the most beautiful excursions of the many I did was with Mrs. Rasa, simply very knowledgeable, helpful and sociable, she advised me to add a walk in the rainforest with an Aboriginal guide to the already very interesting excursion It was even more interesting and cultural where I could understand the ways of living in harmony with the nature of this population. Definitely worth doing if you are in Cairns. Thanks again for everything, see you next time.

Great day in the rainforest and on the river. Rasa was a very knowledgeable and kind guide. Full day of activities including hiking, crocodiles, and a field full of wallabies. Delicious fruit and pastries too!

My son and I had an unforgettable day. The hike through the rainforest with lots of explanations, a fantastic lunch, and the boat trip where we could observe a crocodile up close. This tour is truly a recommendation.

We had a great time with Rasa. She's very knowledgeable and a lot of laughs. Also very kindly took lots of photos of us so we can now happily reflect on the time spent in the Daintree Rain forest and cruising down the river looking for crocodiles! Would definitely recommend taking a tour with her.
