The staffs are amazing. They serve us drink all the way with good quality drinks. They also made sure we are all very safe. Great weather and a dream-like trip!

We rented the boat out for just four of us.....it was spectacular! The snorkeling was incredible even with rough water. Tons of fish to see! The service by all was incredible and the photos were worth purchasing!

We booked a private tour last week and we loved it! The staff was very friendly with our children AND everyone had a lot of fun. Best part was the water slide and snorkeling stop. Thanks Alexy!

I was VERY dissatisfied with this excursion. I was placed on a subpar and disgusting boat with no slide. I was told that the boat from the ad was broken and we would get another one. I agreed thinking that I would at least get a decent boat with a slide. I was wrong. There were only 6 people on my boat. The boats entertainment crew did not even put on a show when we entered the boat. We sat for over 30 mins in the boat with no music or even a warm welcome. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the crew, I was told by the crew member with the short blonde hair that if I wanted to leave, I could. How rude!! I was EXTREMELY disappointed as this was my second time doing this excursion and it was completely different from my first experience. A boat prior to mine left at 2:30. It was full with people and had a slide like the advertising. Another couple and I immediately asked to get off the boat. We were placed on a smaller boat to take us back to shore which would not start. We were stuck at sea for another 20 mins!! I will NEVER book this again. Thankfully I was able to get a full refund. This was truly a Waste of time.

The people were nice but open bar wasn't open or really even a bar, the girl made drinks on the floor between stairs on a lower area. They ran out of beer, so none on the way back. The boat was kinda small, snacks I wouldn't say that's what I would call them, crushed chips and salsa some sort of sandwich with nothing to say on it. Bring more than enough booze on these cruises, come on. Nice people but by no means did they go overboard.

Our family really enjoy our time on this boat cruise. There wasn’t really a lot of people on the boat which we thought there would be. The staff is very fun and entertaining and looked out for everyone. The only thing I would have like is more time on the water slide. It was more of a choice of snorkeling or water slide. It would have been cool at the last stop that we would have been able to go down the slide like other boats with slides allowing their guest to do so. We were told the area we were in was shallow. The slide was the main purpose why we book it and we didn’t get much slide time.

My boat tour took place on July 8, 2018.
The good:
-Friendly crew
-Good service
-Plenty of drinks for adults and kids
The bad:
- The deal included transportation. The driver arrived almost 15 minutes late to pick us up and there was no other people in the van riding with us.
- While the service on the boat was good, the crew did not have good control of the passengers. The passegers were very obscene and vulgar to the point of nudity and hands going down each other's pants. The crew tried to control it, but did not enforce it. Not a good scene with kids even though this was supposed to be family friendly.
- The boat stopped well short of the reef due to congestion and traffic in the reef area. When we snorkeled, all you could see was the sand in the ocean, no reef, no fish (okay maybe 5 fish).
- On the way back, a smaller boat with one person came up to our boat (out in the ocean with no one else arround) and made a delivery to one of the crew members. I was on the second floor, looking straight down and witnessed the handoff. It was a very small clear bag with a white substance and took seconds to change hands. Once the exchange was completed, and the other boat took off while the crew member pocketed the substance.
- We arrived 30 minutes late back to land. Since we were late, we were unable to dock at shore. We had to leave our boat and get into a much smaller boat that held about 15 people. This didn't work out well as people we falling and getting hurt due to the rough waves of tropical storm Beryl. Had we arrived on time, we could have unloaded on the beach.
