This was a very fun tour. Otto was our guide and he was great. Very knowledgeable and a good singer. They made a fruit ceviche that was delicious.

This was my favourite thing that we did in La Fortuna. First, the pick-up at our hotel was on time (about 5 minutes early) and we were taken to Lake Arenal. The guides Josué and Delvin were excellent. They were courteous polite and professional. We ended up being the only two people on the sunset cruise - they didn’t cancel, instead they gave us the best experience ever. What i loved about these guys was their knowledgeable and passionate love of the region and the nature around the lake. Delvin took out his bird book to help identify some of the birds we came across and Josué, who grew up there, told us of the history of this man-made lake. We got beautiful pictures, had great snacks and drank some great "moonshine" cocktails. This was our most memorable tour.

Otto is a great tour guide and very enthusiastic. He turned a rainy day into a joyful evening with a little dancing and singing. He is also very knowledgeable of the local history and fauna.
We really enjoyed the snacks and the drinks too. Thank you Otto

Josue the tour guide and Delbin the Captain were both great. Josue told us the history and made sure our glasses were never empty. Delbín drives a smooth boat and takes beautiful portrait pictures. Our snacks were delicious, the music was fun. Go. You will love it.

A great way to spend the evening. The scenery was gorgeous, but that was just the beginning of the experience. Wonderful local appetizers, good drink, dancing, and even a serenade by our guide Otto.

We had a lovely time on Lake Arenal with our guide/bartender/dance instructor Otto and our captain Brian! The drinks and the views of the volcano were everything we hoped for. The karaoke was a welcome surprise.

Otto and his crew are simply amazing. Otto picked us up from our resort and taught us about his home (we learned some extra Spanish). We started out with an Imperial beer, and then were served snacks and cocktails. He taught us how to dance and was on point with where and how to take pictures of the sunset and volcano. He knows this trip like the back of his hand. He is also a GREAT singer, and we ended our evening with a little karaoke. This was one of our favorite parts of our trip to Costa Rica!

A cool trip. Great casual sightseeing on a beautiful lake. Otto and Mike were funny and informative. In addition, we learned some Spanish, how to dance in Costa Rica and one of our fellow passengers was serenaded Happy Birthday in Spanish.

Santos and Michael were awesome! Santos picked us up from the hotel, came with us on the boat and explained the history behind the Arenal volcano, showed us several bird habitats around the lake, took pictures and made sure we had a good time. Michael was also very patient driving the boat and taking us around. We enjoyed it thoroughly!

It was very rainy and cloudy but the boat was covered so we didn't get wet. We saw a lot of birds including kingfishers and a scarlet macaw! Our guide was very knowledgeable at pointing them out. A nice experience.
