Hot air balloon flight was amazing! We had great weather, beautiful sunny day and smooth winds! Our pilot Joseph did a fantastic job navigating the balloon and a very gentle easy landing. I highly recommend this flight for all who would love to have a new experience and likes to fly!
After the flight we went to Montserrat monastery. Mateo was our tour guide. It was a wry interesting tour. I could tell that Mateo if very passionate about history of the region and monastery, it was a great pleasure to listen to him and learn.
Also farmers market and gift shop of the monastery are not to be missed! They have great cheese and fantastic atmosphere!
Highly highly recommend this tour! Great for all ages!

We booked 8 months before our trip. We received a call on Monday before trip that due to weather trip was postponed and could we reschedule to the Wednesday. We agreed to reschedule to the wed. . On Tuesday afternoon at around 3pm we received an email that excursion was cancelled as they did not have en numbers to run excursion. We had juggled all other activities to other days to fit the exc in on the Wednesday. If they are going to cancel they should give minimum I week! Very disappointed as we were so looking forward to the ballon ride and excursion to Monserrat.

The air ballon was amazing and an adventure that i will never forget the crew was 10/10 and the montserrat Trinidad Was an excellent guide for our tour she was very helpful and making a good environment I really enjoyed the tour and i will recommend this tour for my friends

The ballooning was not going to Monserrat even close. I saw the mountain from very far. I was expecting going near or closer up Moncerrat like I saw the picture of they introduce on the webpage but not at all. But ppl were very nice and and nice experience. Tour the monistry was okay but I could not go inside bacilica because of the special day og that time.

The hot air balloon was fine - they’ll take you to some industrial warehouses where you get on the hot air balloons. After the balloon, they’ll drop you off in what seems like the middle of nowhere for a taxi to drive you to Montserrat. The tour guide there will tell you everything is up to you and yes there at your service but you won’t be allowed to go up the furnicular or walk any trails - pretty much before and after the church they’ll shuttle you between different places to spend money. Kinda disappointing that you’d come all the way up here and not be afforded that experience

We woke at 5:00 am for this tour and this was really WORTH! We saw the amazing view from the sky, and the staff members were friendly. The Monastery’s tour was also worth for people who like natural view and historical visiting. You won’t regret to join this Hot air balloon experience tour!
