The tour was excellent! We especially enjoyed Montserrat. Girona was great, but there wasn’t enough time to really explore. The beach and castle at Tossa de Mar on the Costa Brava were great to photograph. I am obsessed with Medieval buildings and castles. I took tons of great photos today. Our tour guides, Isabelle and Richard were awesome! They were very knowledgeable and helpful. Richard was my main guide (we were divided into 2 groups). He was so sweet and passionate about his work!

Richard is superb. A definite keeper. I gave five stars because the locations were all great and Richard is incredible, however, I recommend someone look at the sequence. Missing the black Madonna because it’s closed from 10:30-12:00, the time we are there, could be avoided easily.

This experience was great. I would highly recommend it. I knew about Montserrat and Girona and I may be able to tour these two areas on my own or with another tour focusing on these two destination. However, the village in Costa Brava (Tossa de Mar) was a hidden gem, well worth the visit, but it would be difficult to do it on your own (unless you rented a car or someone can drive you). I wish it wasn't so dark at the end of the day or we had more time. I could have spent another two hours there, with beautiful photo op's. One small downside was that in Girona, we just had one hour for lunch, but most of places were busy. It was a little stressful to get lunch and make it back on time. But a great day touring these three places, all in one day.

This was a great full day tour with Marco and Isabel. It was easy to find them in the morning and the bus and driver were very nice. We first went to Montserrat which was beautiful. Our tour guides gave us great information on the way up the mountain then gave us an overview of the mountains geology and then we visited the basilica. We had time on our own to walk around. Girona and tossa de mar were similar in that we had excellent tour information then had time on our own to eat, shop and tour the sites. Overall a great trip. My husband and two sons age 21 all really enjoyed it.

The tour with Marco and Isabelle was really great. We started on time and they guided us really well and were extremely helpful. The tour was evenly spaced and we did not had to rush at all.
