Transportation was available within minutes of us arriving. We didn't check any luggage so that was a plus. Once we got through customs, we went outside and our driver arrived in 2 mins.

I can’t recall the name of our driver but whoever I was texting communicated everything well. After we arrived at MBJ and received our bags we went outside where you would wait for transportation. I did not see a tour guide holding a sign with my name but all I did was text the number I was the whole time and she found us, no problem. The ride to the resort was short and sweet, RIU Montego is just up the road from MBJ. I will book with this company again! They actually brought us back to the airport when we were leaving Jamaica. Not sure why I didn’t book a round trip in the first place lol

Pickup from Sangster was relatively smooth. The driver was super courteous. The return trip wasn’t so smooth. Our driver arrived over 30 minutes late as he went to the wrong hotel. Probably won’t use these guys again.
