What a wonderful day in Mont Saint Michel! Claire was a fabulous guide, who took the time to make the day a very special one. Even though it may seem like a long day, this is a must-see and must-do experience!

This was an amazing experience! Our guide Florence was wonderful. She explained the history in a thorough and interesting way- it made the visit so much more meaningful. The church and town are so interesting- like stepping back in time. Normandy is a beautiful area . The bus was comfortable- a long drive but well worth it

Our guide, Eleonor, was not good. Technically we did not have guide, we have chapperon who knew where were located restrooms and where to buy coffee and snacks.

Mont-Ste.-Michel was worth the trip. Just don’t go on weekends. But I would not take any tour with ParisVisions again. 45 minutes into the return trip, the bus broke down. The driver spent a good 1.5 hours trying to fix it. The guides finally got the company to get other buses which took another couple of hours. We were left waiting at a crude rest stop until about 10:30 pm. No food, no bottled water. There was some water in a faucet but after looking at the conditions of the rest stop, didn’t want to trust drinking it. We did not get back until 1:30 am. We should have been back by 7:30 pm. All we got from the guides was a verbal apology and thanks for our patience! Unacceptable.

Beautiful location and tour was Tour guide was excellent. Get a coffee from the hotel at the meat point bring snacks. It is very crowded and even the stops several buses could stop at one time.

If you think this tour will be pleasant, think again. They shouldn’t even sell day tickets if they can’t even expedite you to the Abbey entrance. Many ppl on our tour could not even go bc the walk or shuttle was too long. I would never do a 1 day again using a bus tour, especially with this company. It was a waste of money especially when you can metro there for cheap and tour at your leisure.
1. Driver didn’t have key for bus bathroom
2. We arrived an hour late for a 4 hr tour
3. Traffic was too thick to access parking, we were dropped 15 min walk from shuttle.
4. Guide walked us to shuttle and left us to either shuttle (100’s of ppl in line) or walk 45 min. He did not assist from there.
5. We walked then waited another hour to enter.
6. We rushed through in 30 min. So we didn’t miss the bus back.
7. No time for drinks, food or restroom
8. 15,000 steps in 3 hours at 80° temps.
9. Tour guide inexperienced and didn’t seem to care. He may have said 20 sentences the entire 14 hour day.

The Mont Saint Michael is an architectural beauty. The guide was knowledgeable about the history and many other facts about the trip.
The punctuality and the cooperation of the people made everything move smoothly 👌

Good place to go, but you have to bring your food, is impossible to eat at the place or even buy food to carry away. This was not advertised. First stop gas station good an 30 min to eat, returning to Paris gas station 15 and no food available.

Good trip knowledgable guide. Good driver unfortunately there was no toilette in the bus for a 4 hour trip but the stops are planned well along the route.
