Last week, we took a full day tour with Jonathan Dale of Normandy History Tours. He picked us up in Bayeaux and covered lots of ground that day. Excellent guide who I cannot recommend too highly!

Recommended by friends of ours who visited Normandy Summer 2022, Jonathan was a fabulous guide for our day trip to Mont St Michel and half-day trip to the Normandy beach sites. His historical knowledge is vast, and his anecdotal stories made the tours even better! Jonathan was easy to work with, and his positive, outgoing personality made the tours unforgettable.

I went in November, and this was the highlight of my trip. I had always wanted to see Mont-Saint-Michel since I first heard abut it in grade school, and my guide was absolutely outstanding. We had the entire place nearly to ourselves - no crowds. Having the benefit of a friendly and helpful local guide who is also a history teacher made it a treat. I would definitely do this again, and I highly recommend it.

Our party of five spent two wonderful days with Jonathon Dale touring the Normandy Beached and Mont St Michel on the 24th and 25th of October . His knowledge of the area and it's history is encyclopedic. He crafted the visit to our special interests and easily handled our many questions including finding the ship that a father was on board on landing day.

I can not put in words how amazing Jonathan is to work with. He's very knowledgeable about Normandy and Mont Saint Michel and a great person to be around. If you are ever in Normandy do not pass up the opportunity to tour with Jonathan. You will not regret it.

I recently took a tour of Normandy. What made this a tour of a lifetime was my guide Jonathan. He was knowledgeable friendly and professional. We learned a lot and laughed a lot. He made history come alive.
