You are able to Snorkel in better areas than the "big boats"

The Express Whale Watch/ Molokini Snorkel is a great way to combine snorkeling at Molokini with a whale watching adventure on a fast and maneuverable rigid hulled inflatable. We almost always make it to Molokini on this one, but if conditions are not favorable, a shoreline alternate may be selected.
Your passage to and from Molokini will take you through waters laden with Humpback whales with a high percentage of mother/calf/escort pods. Just today a whale surfaced less than ten yards from our boat and lifted her calf out of the water on her head to show us. Awesome! About one hour is devoted to snorkeling, and 1 1/2 hours to passage and whale watching. Beverages and gear are included.

Great morning out to Molokini crater with marvelous visibility. Plus we got to snorkel a bit of Molokini's back wall and then snorkeled with a large collection of green turtles off the south end of Kamaole beach. Plus: the crew spotted a humpback whale with her calf and guide, so we checked that out for a bit. Captain Dave gave us a smooth ride out and back and Brian, our guide, provided a ton of funny and interesting commentary. Totally worth the early wake-up.

Such a great trip! Cpt. Joey was a doll. And we saw whales, dolphins and a turtle and the most blue water I have ever seen! Reasonably priced, thank god, and the humor of the crew was an added bonus! I like that the boat was smaller and faster than the large catamarans. I think this is a great hidden gem of a company!

Captain Ashley was wonderful - knew lots about the history of the area, was professional, kind and funny! She was also very helpful at gently nudging my nervous daughter into the water to snorkel for the first time. She knew where to find whales and was fantastic with our group. 2.5 hours for snorkeling and whale watching was the perfect amount of time. Highly recommend this excursion!

Absolutely phenomenal! Ashley did a great job taking us to prime spots to see whales and costal snorkel spots besides molokini. She did a fabulous job of making the most of our 3 hr tour. Small group which makes it more personalized. We did this as a couple and would recommend to anyone looking for a great experience with whales, turtles, eel’s, and colorful coral. Molokini is great but actually was out 3rd favorite spot Ashley took us to. We will remember this for a while- thanks Ashley!

My afternoon tour started off well with pickup at the picnic tables by the boat dock. There are restrooms and parking there. Stephanie gave us an orientation. Then we boarded the boat captained by Tim. Both Stephanie and Tim were great. They really love doing the whale watching part of the tour. We saw two male whales, a mother and a little baby. We saw the baby whale jumping up almost out of the water many times. So neat!
They mentioned that there isn't always good weather in the afternoon to visit Molokini crater, but the weather was great for us. Molokini was a really good snorkel adventure. Our group circled half the crater before we got tired. We saw lots of fish. I particularly like the Needlefish which I haven't seen before, but saw many of at this site. After snorkeling, we did a little more whale watching.
I highly recommend this tour. Just watch the weather if you're going in the afternoon.

The whole trip was beyond perfect. It is our anniversary day and we could not expect beyond this. We really had great fun and taking back loads of memories with us. The crew was awesome and and very friendly.

We had so much fun with Blue Water rafting. The crew was great, the raft was so much fun to ride on, it was the perfect amount of snorkeling and whale watching. We got to see several whale breeches and we were the only ones snorkeling Molokini. The price was pretty great too! We would do it again in a heartbeat!
