The crew was so friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone asking to go snorkeling in Hawaii. My daughter and I enjoyed it very much. Thank you for the experience and knowledge you all shared with us.

Captain was funny, but made sure we knew what to do. Lifeguards made it feel very safe, especially with small children. They guided us where to go to see the turtles. The trip says they have bathrooms, which they do, but no toilet paper. The drinks were great when you could get any service for them. Overall, safe tour with expectations for sightseeing and snorkeling fun all met! Service could be improved somewhat. Amenities such as bathrooms should be described for what they actually provide. I would definitely go again though!

The crew were really nice and attentive. When the needed you to follow the rules, they were kind and understanding and communication was very good.
I had an injury on my ankle, and they offered to have one of the guides look after my daughter in the water.
We ended up seeing 4-5 turtles right up close and 3 of them were within 5ft of the boat. If you want to swim near a turtle (make sure to stay away 6ft at least), this trip totally meets that requirement.
Overall, it was fantastic trip and for the price, it was well worth it.

Nice boat and excellent crew.
The sail part is brief as the turtle canyon is just off Waikik.
There were lots of turtles to be seen on the surface and underwater.
Lots of tropical fish.
Water visibility only fair.
The downside is many other boats moor in the same spot, so there were too many people thing around in the water.
Also coast guard rules mean you must have a flotation device , even if you are a good swimmer. So for keen snorkellers it’s impossible to dive down.
None of this is the fault of this tour.
A free Mai tai and z chat with the crew was most pleasant attend.

Loved loved loved this experience. Chris, Bella and Sarah we very friendly, looked after us and kept the trip light and fun. The boat was lovely, my two girls were so excited and happy with the trip to turtle canyon and the snorkeling. We had a small group aboard which was much nicer than having too many people cramped in. The gear used is great and the flotation device was a lot less bulky than many of the other boats at turtle canyon. The turtles were amazing. Highly recommend using Moana to anyone. Great boat and crew.
