Rightly recommended I coming to San Juan. This was the best part of my trip! They greet you with a free drink to choose from at the bar and they were not stingy with the rum. They give you history on the rum and how it came about, very informative. Our instructor Alexandria, goes by curls, was the BEST! She was so fun and definitely hyped the class and made it more fun. The drinks we made were super good and refreshing.

The best time ever!! Danny was our tour guide and I tell you we partied and learned to make some delicious drinks! So worth the time and money. Ask for Danny if you can. (We actually went in 2021 and after so many other distillery tours nothing quite lives up to our Bacardi Factory experience which made me realize I never left a review).

Our tour guide Christian was so welcoming and helpful! He definitely deserves a raise! We took the tour around the facilities which was very interesting, and the mixology course with Christian was so much fun. Would highly recommend and come back again.

Terrible. Combined the mixology class with the ferry ride. Ferry ride was switched to tour bus due to maintenance. Tour bus driver made unscheduled stop for bathroom break, but got back on the bus with a reheated lunch, after 15 minutes. Upon exiting the bus, we had to run thru pouring rain to the shelter. Rain caused cancellation of tour, with poor notice. Tour scheduled for 1:30, but announcement was made that 1:15 tour was cancelled. No further announcements. Totally unprepared for bad weather.
