Mistico Hanging Bridges Admission Ticket

Wear hiking boots and take a lot of water. Bridges swing more at the ends when stepping on and off, it's all good.

Overpriced tickets for admission compared to actual cost for admission at Mistico hanging bridges. Would have been much better to book directly with the park, Huge issues and difficulties with the booking, Booked tickets through Expedia and received the redemption instructions which said that the included vouchers were not actual tickets and that the vendor (Tico paradise) must be contacted the day before by email or WhatsApp to get the actual tickets. I emailed day before as instructed but received no response. I then tried calling on WhatsApp and got no answer. I also called Expedia who were of little help and just said I should just keep trying to get hold of Tico Paradise, I finally called their phone number from their website and the guy that answered said he would look into it and that he had no knowledge of Expedia bookings. Very unhelpful! In desperation as it was now after 5pm and our tickets were for 9 am the next day I messaged Tico Paradise on WhatsApp and finally got a response from Byron who was able to help and actually sent me the tickets. He was very helpful. When I sent him the Expedia instructions he said they were incorrect and I only would need a confirmation code, it sounds like this tour company has some “bugs” in their systems and needs to ensure customers aren’t put through a frustrating situation.
