Great local knowledge provided in cruise commentary. Conditions were good which made for a nice cruise. Stopped for beautiful photo opportunities and even got a little drive of the boat. Highly recommend!

I purchased my ticket for a 4pm cruise a few months ago, but when I went to the departure point the day of the cruise I was informed by an agent that the 4pm cruise was now a private cruise. The agent I spoke with was very nice and said that she did see my name on the list, and said I should have been contacted, which I wasn’t. She said the owner of the company decided to sell the 4pm that day as a private cruise after my purchase.

Troy, the captain, crew and narrator did an awesome. He acted as deck crew to, unleashing lines and taking people’s pictures too. The cruise was a full 90 minutes but only toured the small Frankton arm down to the lake’s outlet. Never got to the greater lake. Decent discussion about the lake and local history but too much time looking at rich people’s homes and drifting for 20 minutes as Troy takes people’s pictures on the bow. Give us more lake time.

A great way to see Queenstown from the lake. We enjoyed viewing the "grand designs" of Kelvin Heights and beyond. A relaxed and down-to-earth (water?) hour and a half with entertaining commentary, and a glass of wine or beer from the onboard bar. Great value.
