The staff were wonderful, especially Belinda who helped us rebook due to bad weather on our original date, and Andrew our pilot. It was reassuring to know we were in safe hands with the crew. Andrew was informative and a great pilot. Breathtaking views flying in and out of Milford. The cruise was also great. Can't say enough really as the whole experience was so memorable.

Outstanding trip with great staff. We were supposed to do the flight-cruise-flight in Milford Sound but the winds wouldn’t allow us to land in the Sound to do the cruise. The staff offered those who had booked a full refund, rebooking or to refund the cruise and do a scenic flight around the Sound instead. We opted to do the scenic flight. It was amazing. We went over Queenstown out and over the Sound and back and the pilot provided commentary throughout the trip (though it’s a bit hard to hear in the plane). There were definitely a few bumps but the majority of the flight was smooth sailing. It’s a small plane so you should be good with that as it tends to be a it more turbulent. Overall a great experience and worth doing!

Our initial flight was cancelled due to weather but we were able to reschedule for the next day. Andrew was an awesome pilot and made us feel very safe. He was awesome at pointing out what was below us. These views were the highlight of our 16 day trip…. So good that the boat ride was anticlimactic, haha. Highly recommend this tour!

Tanmay was a terrific pilot. We were socked in with weather but the team persisted and we found a gap to get through the valley. Beautiful scenery and the boat ride was very informative. Tanmay pointed out all the points of interest during the flight. We were well taken care of. A great experience!

Absolutely great experience - we loved every moment of it! The views were breathtaking and True South was a great company to work with. Our pilot was Andrew and he was phenomenal. His commentary and flying abilities were fantastic. The Milford Sound cruise was great, but our highlight was definitely flying to/through the Sound. Would highly recommend - once in a lifetime experience!

The flights in and out were the highlight of the trip. Our pilot, Andrew, was fantastic. The scenery on the boat was gorgeous but the boat itself was just ok. Very little open air access and little seating - not protected from the wind. The interior seating has large blocks in the middle of the windows right at eye level. Compared to other boats we passed, this seemed to be the economy boat.

Great trip. Our pilot, Andrew was amazing - friendly, skilled, knowledgeable. Flying over the mountains was amazing. The cruise was incredible - the scenery breathtaking. Highly recommended.

This was honestly one of the most enjoyable activities I have ever done. After getting the bus out to Milford, I made the spontaneous decision to book a remaining seat on the return flight as an alternative way to witness the scenery. Jason was the coolest pilot ever, and he even let me sit in the front co-pilot seat with him. I would highly recommend to anyone planning to do the Milford cruise, to opt for the flight option as opposed to the bus. The bus trip was also great, but 4 hours was a bit long and would have been a massive day doing the return on bus also.

We snapped hundreds of photos of the jaw-dropping Southern Alps on the flights to and from the sound, and hundreds more during the ~2-hour cruise along the third to the Tasman Sea and back. Stunning scenery and friendly staff made this one of our favorite experiences in New Zealand.

This flight was one of the most incredible experiences of my life. Worth every penny. We flew in a beautiful sunny day and the scenery was incredible. Our pilot, Tanmay did a great job, gave us great information about the area and some buttery smooth landings. 10/10 do not miss out on this experience!
