Beautiful flight was great to see Milford Sound and the surrounding area by air. My initial booking was cancelled due to the weather, the staff was extremely helpful throughout and were able to find a way to make the trip happen. Amazing flight and great customer service!

Although we didn’t make it to the sound due to weather rolling in from the Tasmin Sea, the pilot took us on an exquisite sightseeing journey over the area around Queenstown.

Flight was going to be iffy coming back so the cruise portion was canceled. The scenic flight was just beautiful, MSSF helps us book a cruise and bus ride back to Queenstown because we didn’t want to miss this cruise. We came all the way from the US after all. We had lead pilot Andy on the way and he oII out and explained all the good stuff. Just loved every minute. Don’t hesitate just go.. Weather can be problematic so keep an open mind.

Wow - what a way to see one of the most beautiful places on this earth. The staff and pilot were friendly and professional. The plane was a 12-14 seater Cessna and its size allowed the pilot to fly comfortably through the valleys and fjords. We feel so fortunate to have seen this part of lovely New Zealand.

After hearing about Milford Sound and how it is a “must-see” place, my husband and I knew we needed to go. We get a little motion sick so we didn’t want to take a bus and had been worried about the flight, but let me tell you now this is easily one of the BEST things we have ever done! Our pilot Evan was so lovely and the ride was super smooth. It was a gorgeous day (if they don’t fly because weather, which does happen a bit, they give you a refund) and we have never seen anything so stunning before. If you are wondering about a flight option just save some research, go ahead and book one now!

The team at Milford Sound Scenic Flights were friendly and professional, and the over flight was incredible. Seeing Milford Sound from the air gave a whole new perspective and appreciation of how vast the mountains are, and how lucky we are to have such beautiful scenery on our door step. We had a spectacular flight with pilot Grant, who gave us a really interesting commentary and made sure that all passengers got the best views and photo opportunities.
This trip was on my "bucket list" and I can highly recommend!
