Will never forget the images of the mountains, waterfalls and beautiful trees that abounded on this trip. So many photos. The Boat goes so close to the waterfalls you think you are right under them. The kayaking was relaxing and provided a relaxing opportunity to get close up to the amazing flora throughout Cove. Staff were amazing. Picnic lunch the most food I have eaten for lunch and very fresh. Being able to snack at our leisure was perfect. Glad I packed a towel for after the kayaking as I got beached and a little water came to join me. But no stress, and gave my husband a laugh on the way. Wasn't prepared for paying so much for parking, getting there early cost more but we had time to walk around before boarding and have morning tea in the Cafe. Millford is a beautiful spot and the history interesting.

The boat was great to tour the sound and kayak trip was great. Totally recommend visiting Milford. The place is such a beautiful place. Kayaking was super fun and if you like that I recommend.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The cruise was nice and the kayak trip through the sound was exceptional. I can highly recommend this experience, which was the highlight of our trip so far. We even spotted a couple of penguins (December 8th) which apparently all leave from November end, but we were lucky. My only recommendation is for the tour operator to think about the waste they create. We had a pre-booked and pre-packed lunch meal which came in excessive packaging that was all going to landfill. An insane amount of waste that can surely be changed with some more sustainable practices.

We felt that it was difficult to understand the captain on the cruise ship pointing out the various points of interest around the fiord. That could have been because we were outside most of the time. We all liked the kayak portion of our excursion. Our guides made the trip memorable with their knowledge and ability to spot the penguins. The part at the underwater observatory was also great. The guy (forgot his name) was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the marine life in the fiord. We were glad we did not let the rain dampen our experience

The landscape is dramatic and on such a large scale - it’s beautiful. We were lucky enough to see seals and penguins. The underwater observatory was also fascinating

We had a great experience with this company! We did the Milford sound cruise and kayak option which included a stop at the underwater observatory. The cruise was great! Amazing views of Milford sound, great captain who took us up close to many waterfalls and pointed out wildlife (seals and penguins!). Provided lunch was simple but filling. The kayak experience was also great, very well organized, no prior experience needed. The only thing to note about the kayaking though is that you basically just to a big loop in sheltered Harrison cove, where there aren’t many (if any at all) falls. The scenery is beautiful, and we got lucky and saw penguins! The underwater observatory was a cool addition, but not something I would specifically pay extra for had it not already been included.

The whole tour was memorable, once in a lifetime experience. Kayaking added cherry on top. No photos or videos can’t justify this beauty.

Kayaking on Milford Sound was one of the highlights of our six week trip to NZ. Very knowledgeable tour guide. Lunch included which was actually pretty good. Views were unmatched, and the kayak was a more pure way to experience it than the cruise. Saw some penguins as well which was a nice surprise.
