The tour of the Duomo and its rooftop terraces was outstanding. The Duomo is breathtaking, and we learned so much from the narrative provided by our guide. He was extremely knowledgeable and we learned so much about the history of the Duomo and its art, sculptures and other artifacts. Truly a treasure that should be experienced at least once by anyone visiting Milano. I also want to pay a special compliment to our guide for the 16:30 tour on May, 16, 24. As we began the tour outside the Duomo, a torrential downpour began which eventually flooded the rooftop terraces. While the rain hindered photography and ability to enjoy the view and overall rooftop experience, our guide handled a very difficult situation admirably, with great care for our comfort and safety. Again, the tour was fabulous, due to the magnificence of the Duomo and outstanding work of our guide.

The experience was incredible!! We were concerned we may not have access to the top due to weather but the rain held off until later that night! Our guide did an incredible job sharingballl the historical information

The amazing view once you got to the top as well as the amazing detail throughout the cathedral. It has mass amounts of stairs in both directions throughout the tour

The rooftop is a MUST!!! Such a Milan staple, it cannot be missed! Felt safe and comfortable as a female solo traveler in their 20s

Very disappointed with this tour. When we got there we were told that they had oversold the rooftop tour and we would be given a credit.
Credit was NEVER given to us.
I have recommended Viator to everyone but this time it failed us.

Not too impressed with this tour first one with Viator that was a disappointment! Large group, they changed the day with no explanation. Had to wear ear buds and during the tour she spent 10 plus minutes helping someone buy tickets for another tour! Her knowledge was not up to Viatour standards!

The duomo is breathtaking! Our guide however seemed very frazzled and all over the place when explaining the history of the building of the duomo. She was very knowledgeable but she was very confusing

The views from the roof and the wealth of information from the guide. Want to go back sometime at midday to see the meridian sundial in action, and around the winter solstice when the light through the southern windows floods the cathedral with color.
