Learn about Leonardo's stay in Milan while he was painting The Last Supper.
Start the tour with a visit of the Castello Sforzesco, the fortress of the Milan duchy. Explore its courtyards and learn about its history. Visit the museum and Michelangelo's Pietà Rondanini, his last unfinished work.
Continue with the visit of the Renaissance church Santa Maria delle Grazie, known for its iconic octagonal tribune designed by Bramante.
Conclude your tour by admiring Leonardo da Vinci's Last Supper, one of the world's most famous paintings and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Listen as your guide points out the details and enjoy your guaranteed entrance to the fresco.
With the same ticket you can visit, in the afternoon, the other museums of the Sforzesco Castle by yourself, which includes the Museum of Ancient Art and the Art Gallery and one of the largest collections of musical instruments in Europe.

Seeing the restored original of The Last Supper by Leonardo da Vinci is the highlight of our tour and stay in Milan. Michaelangelo’s unfinished , vertical, Pieta was very interesting, evocative, and well displayed. Thanks to our professional guide Sylvia.

I had a wonderful time on this tour. Renata was passionate and knowledgeable about Milan and its history and her discussion of the Last Supper mural added so much to the experience.

Our guide was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of detail about other sites we could come back to during our stay. We had mom with us and he did well to pace the tour so she could keep up and still have plenty of time to see everything.

The guide in the morning had a real passion and understanding of Leonardo da Vinci which enhanced the experience.
In the afternoon, their was a problem with the headphones so they took them away. The guide could barely be heard unless you were standing close and she was facing you. I don’t think her command of the subject was great, but I couldn’t hear most of what she said. I ended up just reading the explanations on each of the exhibits at the science museum.

The Last Supper itself was magnificent. Honestly the guide was extremely knowledgeable; he shared nice extracts about Milan’s history and contemporary anecdotes with us. He kept us engaged. The tour itself was very organised.

Great tour, very interesting. Started the tour from Sforza Castle, walked about 15 min. to Piazza Maria delle Grazie, entered the church then after a break we saw the Last Supper. Highly recommend this tour.

Such a lovely day exploring Milan. We were really pleased with what we got to see, including the Last Supper. The guide was very knowledgable and provided useful recommendations for restaurants. To our preference, the group felt slightly too big but wouldn’t say it was overcrowded.
