Im giving 1 star cause the driver/host made me split from my family and be picked up from a different spot. We booked the same tour separately. And he wouldn’t check my name off the list till he picked me up from a certain location, even though I had a ticket and my name was on the departure sheet. So I paid an extra $20 to go down the road, be picked up, and then get to sit with my family. I just hope in the future the driver/hosts are able to just check tickets and mark tourist off the list vs forcing them to relocate to board.

4 Hours there and 4 a hours back ..and 6 Hours in Key West.
We did the trolly tour and enjoyed it very much. I highly recommend this tour.

Loved our tour guide and driver. They made the trip so enjoyable. It was our honeymoon trip and they made it specials. Key West was beautiful. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and helped us choose the best excursion for the day.

It was nice..guide and driver super! But no wifi in the bus! And i payed by glass boat trip,,,but was sold out!! Very disapointed about it....

most memorable moment is that the bus go to key west without me🫠. the total money is garbage . greyhound or flexibus is better than that cause there is no other schedule to go there if the bus is missed

This was a decent price for a round trip ticket from Miami to Key West. The bus was clean. However, the driver had an awful chunky cough and wasn't discreet about spitting loudly into a trash can next to him throughout the drive there so that was kind of gross. It was cold on the bus so bring a light jacket even in the hot months. The tour guide who did the talking was proficient in English, Spanish and French, which I thought was pretty amazing. The couple in front of me spoke French and he took the time to tell them all of their options to purchase activities in French for them to understand. There is a free bus in Key West that they don't tell you about. You don't have to do the $55 Trolley Ride unless you want a narrated tour. The free Key West bus is called "Duval Loop." You can get on and off, like the trolley. I walked some and took the Duval Loop Bus some. I got to see everything I wanted to in the day. I visited the Southernmost Point, shopping in Mallory Square, had a nice lunch, walked by The Little White House and Hemingway's House. It was a great day until we all loaded in the Travel to Key West Tour Bus on time and then the tour guide got on and said the bus was broken! He never said what was wrong, just that it was broken. They quickly made arrangements to split us up amongst the 3 other Tour Companies that had buses there. I don't know what would have happened if all 4 buses had been full! But luckily they weren't! The funny but not funny part is that I got within 3 miles of my hotel in Miami and the bus I was put on ALSO broke down! It was NOT owned by this same tour company. She said those of us she had rescued should probably buy a lottery ticket, to have two buses break down from different companies on one trip! I don't think either bus issue could have been avoided. These things happen. Both buses seemed to be in good working order and clean/new so it was just part of the adventure.
